I really liked the hotel. On solid 4*. The rooms are cozy and spacious. The view from the balcony is amazing. The food is varied. There is meat and fish every day, a lot of side dishes, vegetables and herbs. Lots of sweets, tea, coffee, juices and water. The room is cleaned and beds are made, hygiene products are added once a week. The pool is huge and very clean, deeper for adults, where the slides are smaller, there is also a paddling pool for kids. Sun beds are always available. The beach starts right at the exit from the hotel area, very close. The water is very warm. There are rocks and slabs under the water, but they are clearly visible, so it is quite possible to swim without incident.If you look at the sea, a little to the right, the entrance to the sea is sandy, gentle and there are no lumps in the water, the children swam there.On the beach there are sun beds by the sea, not new, but you can lie down, as well as a canopy with sun beds a little further from the water. During the day, the hotel has a snack bar, a bar with drinks generally around the clock. There is also a night soup, for those who do not have time for dinner, it is generally wonderful.There is a different program in the evenings, and karaoke and games.In general, the hotel made only a positive impression on our family! It is sold as an entry-level five, almost one of the most inexpensive. Among the advantages are large good rooms, a large building of 6 floors, sea view, first line, there is a mini water park and a swimming pool. The rest is just cons, the hotel is in disrepair, has not been cleaned apparently since opening at the beginning of the season. There are very few staff. It's dirty everywhere, the elevators are puked up, the spa center is just abandoned and not cleaned in principle. There are queues in the dining room for food and forks and places. Some vacationers take forks with them so as not to wait for them for 20 minutes. The food itself is normal, the quality is not bad, there is a choice of meat and fish. Not bad pastry cakes. There are not a lot of fruits. The alcohol is standard Turkish, but all from bottles. There is only one bar for the whole hotel, the queue is always 10-20 people. The beach is just behind the pool, dirty, the deck chairs and mattresses are worn out indecently, like from a garbage dump. The sea is not bad, but the approach is over the stones and slabs, take care of your feet. The animation is weak, like an amateur performance. The sound is loud and wheezy, the equipment is not completely serviceable. At night, they take you to the Robin Hood nightclub in Alanya for free. Tourists from different countries are mainly from Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Moldova, Serbs, etc.

The hotel is a horror and a nightmare at first glance, it's easier on the second day.
Pros- a large swimming pool, go to the sea is good, delicious and varied food (thanks to the cook), a large lobby
Cons - it's not very cozy, unfinished, but the director is satisfied with everything, they don't clean well, the overall impression is as if he had just been bought or just sold.
The conclusion is to change the head, and this will change the attitude towards the place where he works. It's a pity the hotel itself, the territory is good, you can really turn around and get comfortable there, and not listen to complaints

The hotel is not bad, it looks like a Soviet sanatorium in appearance and from the inside. Not fancy, but quite decent. The territory is good and large. There is a hammam, indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor one is large enough, comfortable, with slides, there is a children's area, there are many sun beds around. There is a 24-hour bar nearby, you can take alcohol all the time, food from 12 to 17 o'clock. Vegetables, French fries, burger patties (and buns), nuggets, potato balls, pizza, cottage cheese sticks; watermelons, melons, apples, oranges, vegetable salads, sauces. White wine, dry red, beer is quite decent, vodka, crayfish, gin, cocktails. An adult gray-haired man (I do not remember the name, unfortunately, but he is not a bartender, but someone taller) makes very tasty cocktails. We found out about it late and asked him to cook it for us in the evening before we left. So they brought us on a tray, in beautiful glasses and decorated with oranges! So cute! In general, the guys are doing well, they try, they understand Russian, although they do not speak (specifically in the bar). In the evenings, Mario, the chief animator, conducts entertainment programs, children's and then adult discos right there (on stage). Not many people danced, my girlfriend and I and a few others, but we jumped from the heart! By the way, Mario speaks Russian well, is pleasant to communicate with, we became friends. Under his command, the animators Jan, Shindi (non-speaking but very friendly, friendly Turkish guys), Mark and Arthur are Russian-speaking guys from Kazakhstan. In the evening, from 23 o'clock, those who wish are gathered in nightclubs and discos. We've been 3 times. It's fun, it's fun! The animation guys do not leave, they look after their own, they do not give offense, if anything, I do not let them go on dates; a round-trip transfer, but then walk where you want! The hotel's restaurant has very tasty and varied food, responsive staff. The general manager of nutrition Erdogan speaks Russian, closely monitors everything, finds a place, politely communicates. The waiters clean everything up quickly and try their best. There was meat every day, I mean beef, and in chunks, and cold, and in the form of goulash (very tasty!). And fish: Dorado, sea bass, mackerel, bream, and fillet!- very tasty! Chicken, of course, including grilled chicken rolls and goulash as well. A variety of vegetable salads, sauces, hot peppers; cormorant, zucchini, stewed awesome peppers.Side dishes include rice, bulgur, potatoes, spaghetti, various pasta, couscous. The pies are the tastiest, a huge amount, for every taste - my daughter enjoyed it. Watermelons, melons, grapefruits, apples, oranges, lemons, lots and lots of greens!
The sea is good with the neighbors - without stones, and we swam there. Its beach is good, with sun beds and normal access to the sea, but there are huge rocks with sharp corners in the sea, it's easy to get hurt! But a few steps to the right, behind the flags (between a concrete bridge of some kind and a pier, the bottom is cleaned, a beautiful sunset, excellent sea! But without sun beds, as the neighbor's beach. It's great to swim there with the kids!
There are Russian-speaking Tatiana at the reception, an adult man in a red uniform, and the manager is also a Russian-speaking Turk. WiFi catches in the lobby, there are a lot of sofas, tables, there is enough space for everyone. The only disadvantage is the cleaning of the rooms (they are cleaned only after departure, and if you catch and forcibly ask, then they will wave a rag, of course. The beds are not made. Towels are changed, paper, soap, shampoo, gel are given without question. Well, air conditioning is only in the room, in elevators like in a bathhouse, of course, but in the lobby it is blown through open exits to the balcony, it is quite comfortable to be. We took a burning ticket for three (girlfriend and daughter of 12 years old) for quite reasonable money, we were warned that this was a five-not a five, but we had no choice, since we spontaneously went and at that time there were no other hotels at that price. We read the reviews later - we were horrified! Well, it's not that bad. I tried to write in detail about everything. We became friends with everyone, had fun and had a great rest! And you know, I wouldn't say I won't go back there! Although we have already been to Turkey 9 times, hotels are much better and more expensive, of course! This time we were limited by means and time limits and were quite satisfied!

Of the cons - WiFi is only in the lobby, there is no ice cream for children, the sea with slabs and stones, take care of your feet. Nearby there is an entrance to the sea, gently sloping with sand and without waves, a neighboring hotel. Room cleaning is mediocre.
On the plus side, there are no complaints about food, the menu is varied - fish, meat, fruits, desserts, alcohol. There is a restaurant and a beach bar. Everything is compact and convenient in location. The first line, as close as possible from the hotel to the sea. The pool is clean, there is an octopus slide for kids and 4 slides for adults.
We had a rest at the end of May 2024, we really liked it, the hotel was still half empty, no horrors were found. There is an abundance of food, the sun beds are free, the elevators are functioning. We flew through the burning, rested just great, if we consider the price / quality ratio.

The hotel is not five stars, but it is close to that. As promised to the tour operator, there was no a'la carte restaurant, which was supposed to be in the all-inclusive hotel, just a buffet. Since there is only one restaurant, there are constant queues / for additional dishes that are prepared in front of you, so it's better to go not in the season, not in July. There is an entertainment program, even training, you just need to find out everything. The pool is great outside, very large and children's slides! There is also a swimming pool indoors. Everything is super on the beach too, the sand is really large, there are stones further away already at a depth in the sea, but there is a normal entry into the sea, there is no pier, only on the neighboring beach. The sun beds are included, but at first they were not allowed to bring them closer to the sea, for some reason, then they were allowed. Yes, most importantly, the elevators in the hotel are designed for a certain number of people, so when there are a lot of people, you can get stuck, be careful! In general, the hotel matches the description. I especially want to mention the administrator Tatiana! A very pleasant, friendly girl, helped us with any questions! It is very pleasant when you are greeted with the words: "welcome, now you are the guests of the hotel!" despite the fact that we arrived very early, not all hotels do this. Thank you, Tatiana!

Great hotel. If you need 5 *, then you are not here. Don't expect it to be 5*. Yes, it was dirty, because the staff couldn't cope with a lot of people. People grab plates and a lot of them, the staff just can't handle it, but we do it ourselves, we arrange queues for food. Therefore, I have no complaints about the hotel. The food from all the hotels I've been to is the best, delicious, varied. And we arrange unsanitary conditions ourselves. The staff did their best. The room itself is more or less clean, everything worked. Sound insulation, you can hear people walking in the hallway. If you want to sleep, you'll fall asleep. The pools are clean and large. The animation is average. It's the same thing every day. The sea setting is certainly bad, especially when there is a wave. Well, if you go further there are bays. There are no waves there. The hotel itself is tired, but that doesn't make it worse. In general, I can recommend it for unpretentious people.

We checked into the room at 14:00, there were no towels. We went to the lobby three times, as a result, we took it ourselves at 23-30. For 8 days, the room has never been cleaned, the elevators work every other time, Wi-Fi is only in the lobby. The service is completely missing. The playground is the age of the hotel itself, everything is old, and something is even broken. The food is monotonous, sweets too. Fruits are only apples and oranges. Watermelon and melon are present. Bars are generally trash. One works twice a day during lunch and dinner, the second works around the clock, but you will have to stand in line for 20 minutes. The sunbeds by the sea are old, broken, the entrance to the sea is rocky, large stones near the shore, you can hit them. The only thing I liked was the pool. But, there are a lot of people in it, it's cramped. Animations for children, ice cream, are missing. A powdered drink, such as yuppie, can be poured from the machines. On the fourth day, I really wanted to go home.

When choosing a hotel, we were immediately told that in fact it is 4*.But at 4, it doesn't pull either. There is a deep pool that turns into a pool with 4 mountains and a separate shallow children's pool, there is an indoor pool. Beach towels for a deposit of $ 5, you can change them at least every day, the money is refunded upon departure. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, a lot of broken ones, garbage on the beach is cleaned, but the sand is not sifted, it is dirty. I have been staying at this hotel for the second day. In this price category, the best option! I don't know how it is in the summer, but now there are some advantages! Sun beds with mattresses are always available, both on the beach and by the pool. The food is very tasty and varied! We wrote about the slabs on the beach, go 20 meters to the right-a sand and a pier protecting from the waves! Water temperature: +23 in the morning and +26 in the afternoon. The staff is very friendly, you can see you missed the tourists, I don't know what will happen next, but so far this is it! I definitely recommend it, I have been to Turkey about 20 times, there is something to compare it with!

Terrible hotel! Don't drive in it. They couldn 't settle us for a long time . Then they gave us the key , we went up and saw that the cleaner was sitting in the room with a Turk and talking , and the laundry was lying on the floor. We had to go down to find out , they changed our room , but we couldn 't get into it for 40 minutes , until they gave us a fire key 2 times , because everyone's locks break , and the master is alone and in no hurry to help .
It's like the hotel has never been cleaned at all, even the ceiling in the elevator is dirty!! It stinks and vomits in all elevators , there is dirt on the floors , for example , on the 5th floor there are dishes with steers inside . The cleaning lady takes it out of the room and leaves it . In the bar, the glasses are not washed at all, as if they are all sticky and instead of transparent they are already BROWN!!!!

This is some kind of trash. People go to Turkey across the sea. There is a drain of its own sewage system on its own beach. Toilet paper, feces, and garbage are floating in the sea. Right around the swimmers. And there's no getting away from it. After walking 1 km in both directions, the situation did not improve much. One of the advantages is good nutrition. Alcohol, as everywhere, must be begged for. Pour into a small plastic cup and give 2 in each hand. Then stand in a one-kilometer queue again. It's easier to bring it with you and not worry. I can't wait for the elevators. Of the four, two are always broken. 1 only goes to the minus ground floor- and it is almost always broken. Old people with sticks, wheelchair users, etc. crawling along the railing on foot. They stole small things from the room, a screwdriver handle, a mirror. The Wi-Fi in the lobby is terrible, there is nowhere else at all. There are no tablecloths in the main restaurant, just tables like in a canteen. They do not have time to clean up, they often had to sit down themselves, first clean up after others and wipe themselves. There are not enough places. Either run to the opening with fights, or come at the end, then places appear, but the most delicious has already been devoured.))) Windows are not opened in principle, so that they do not sit for a long time and do not eat a lot. Conduits are not included, although they are there in some places (In Upi vending machines. You can ask for Cola Sprite and Fanta at the bar after standing in a one-kilometer queue. It's hot in the lobby too, the air conditioner is not included. There are soft sofas on which especially well-mannered guests flop in wet swimming trunks after the pool. They can also lie down and throw their legs on the armrests. We drove and knew that it was a budget hotel . The rooms are tired , but everything worked. We cleaned , changed towels , sometimes we had to catch employees ourselves . 1-line , the beach is sandy , but there are stones in the sea , carefully , we sailed away into the sea . The food is surprisingly great, lots of fruits, especially delicious oranges and grapefruits, fish , even salmon steaks . Lots of green salads , arugula , spinach . The snack bar is also delicious, burgers, frites , fruits . Very tasty coffee . Two excellent swimming pools and a sauna.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2024.
2 adults and a child of 6 years old.
We bought the tour the day before departure. There was a choice between 3 and 5, we stayed at this hotel as it was closer to go.
The flight was daytime, at 14:00, we got to the hotel at 1:00 at night.
Hotel: We got off the bus with a conductor and were literally blown away! The hotel has a huge, clueless lobby, where there is no air conditioning. The receptionists are sweating at the reception. The hotel is not breathing, stuffiness, humidity, the feeling that I went into a hammam! There is no air conditioning in the dining room either! There is no place except the room.
Room: We checked in immediately, a room on the 6th floor at the end of the corridor, the air conditioner worked but a little weakly. We wanted to change the room in the morning, but we didn't. Since we realized that this is the best option. In general, everything is clean, nothing is flowing. There is no mold. Everything works. The furniture is shabby, of course, but this is not critical for us.
According to the stories, there was mold on the lower floors, something was leaking, it didn't work, etc.
The hotel has 6 floors, the reception is at zero, the dining room is at -1. 4 elevators from which 2 work. There are a lot of people! Elevators break down, people get stuck in them, there's nothing to breathe, it's 40 degrees outside. To leave by elevator, you need to stand in line. We went down on foot, to the top every other time!
Territory: not cozy, a small piece of the so-called garden, these are dry palm trees and bushes. Next, tiles by the pools and access to the beach. The sun is scorching all day, there is nowhere to hide. 3 swimming pools, 1 for children, 1 with slides, 1 large. There is a lot of work by the pool, everything is busy until 18 o'clock. People leave a towel on the sunbeds at night. Towels are provided on a $5 deposit.
Beach: with sunsheds and sun beds, it is expensive to get to the beach through a small wasteland, not well maintained, sand, sun beds are broken, dirty, mattresses too. Vacationers drag them to the water's edge from under canopies, lie on mattresses right on the sand, because of this they are in such a state. There is no watcher on the beach. Cigarette butts, dishes, glasses, etc. are also lying on the beach. They come from the hotel to collect dishes, but not every day, garbage is not collected.
Nearby is the Wassa hotel, and their beach is also covered with sewage periodically from the sewage treatment plants. On the beach there are small pebbles, like coarse sand, stones.
The sea: There are stones in the sea too, directly entering opposite our hotel, you enter comfortably, but after 5 meters there are more slabs of stones and boulders. So people have to huddle in the territory without stones. So closer to lunch, there is a crowd there, as on the Black Sea in the season. There is another entrance nearby, but there are also slabs.
After lunch, small debris, plastic, seeds, etc. sailed more than once, whether it rose from the bottom or sailed from the sea is not clear! We went to the beach to the right, there is an artificially created bay, there is no stone and it is shallow. There is plenty of space for children. In general, you can move along the beach in any direction and find a comfortable entrance, no one is chasing.
Food: this is the only advantage of the hotel. The food is excellent. Always meat, fish, lots of options. Red fish once. They always found something to eat. There's always a queue for the grill! If you do not want to stand there for 20 minutes, then please put on the table with stews, there are meat, fish and vegetables. We mostly ate there.
It felt like you came to the dining room and had nowhere to sit. 30 minutes before the end of the meal, nothing is replenished at the distribution! We took a table outside in advance or walked an hour after the start, then there are places. There are always a lot of desserts, fruits apples melon, oranges, grapefruits, watermelon always.
2 bars on the street, only 1 open during the day, beer, local alcohol. Soda, juices of the upi type. Queues are constantly there.
In the afternoon from 13 to 16 burgers, salads, fries, nuggets. From 14-16 desserts are served at the hotel. There is no ice cream. Although there are refrigerators. And a popcorn and cotton candy machine. But there is nothing like that.
Animation : not depending on the word at all. There are 2 girls walking, barely moving. Dorts, agrobica, you can fall asleep! In the evening, a children's disco , 4 dances and home, is also bullshit. Our child didn't even walk! Next, an adult disco, but we didn't visit the bar all night.
Russian, Belarusian, Moldovan, and Ukrainian contingent is mostly small.
There is a bazaar, supermarket, pharmacy not far away.
It's not the first time we've been to Turkey, we've been there 6 times and the last 5 years ago. We rested mainly in 3.4 stars. But this hotel disappointed me completely. And I want to say that in Russia soon the service and conditions will be better than here.

The hotel is not bad, I would say a solid four. There is plenty of food, although, as in most hotels in Turkey, it is monotonous: breakfasts are the same (eggs in any form and pancakes), lunches and dinners are always the same (noodles, rice, puree), but sometimes it is diluted with fish or meat of some kind....
The hotel has water slides, but one worked with us (and not always), two at most. The rest had broken pumps that supplied water.

We visited this hotel in July 2024. Terrible hotel. Dirty. The rooms are not cleaned. You can't wait for elevators. But the most disgusting thing is that the money was missing from the room. There was a desire to move. Huge queues in the dining room. There were no complaints about the food. You could always find something delicious, but you still don't want to return to this hotel. It's dirty! They do not know what it is to clean, they have instructions for everything: "I do not know!" for 12 days they have never changed the bed, the floor is washed without water, by spraying. There are a lot of patients with rotovirus. I was sick myself for 4 days. If this is true, they say that the sewage system of the neighboring hotel goes out to sea, hidden under the sand. In general, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! After I got over rotavirus, it became so peaceful to live: I stopped eating completely, I didn't have to stand anywhere in the queue for food and drink, I made do with one bun a day and a glass of sweet tea. This is so as not to starve to death!

The hotel is stuffy, air conditioning is only in the room. He is not at the reception, in the restaurant or in the elevator. There are a lot of people, there is not enough space. The elevator works every other time, we witnessed how people got stuck in it twice (a man with a baby in his arms and a crowd of people). The hotel has 6 floors. Everything is shabby and dirty. They paid $40 extra for a room with a "sea view". The room is dirty, the mini-bar is not filled. The refrigerator is empty. There are two disposable chairs with a thick layer of salt on the balcony. The room was cleaned by invitation. She came to us 2 times a week. The towel is not changed, the balcony is not cleaned, the trash can is every other time. The furniture is old, the TV is a little bigger than a tablet. There is no Wi-Fi in the room, we bought our own separate SIM card, so it did not bother us. There is a huge amount of food, midges and dirt along the corridor. There are huge queues everywhere.
On food: the so-called "restaurant" does not carry anything positive. The food is the same every day. The arrangement of the plates is changing. Salads drowned in mayonnaise sour and smell, vegetables are sluggish, fruits are minimal. Desserts are all for the same taste. The fish is fresh, not everyone has enough meat.
What is said about the cafe on the beach is nonsense. The same fat salad, only on the beach.
The bar is a separate story. Two bartenders for a huge number of people. The pool is clean and warm, but there are no free sunbeds. People throw bags the next day in the evening. Slides with joints. We drove once and did not go again.
There is no animation during the day. In the evening, the children's disco lasts 20 minutes (3 dances) and the adult one (40 minutes). There is one children's animator and one presenter for the entire territory.Water aerobics, water polo-everything is prescribed, but it was not.
Beach: the sunbeds are in the most terrible shape, I didn't even want to put my towel on them. It's not dirty on the beach. It is better not to go into the sea without slippers!
We went for a massage. The service cost $ 80 (for the 1st) for 90 minutes. What is included: sauna,hammam,massage. I liked all the treatments, but not the massage. The master was busy with her own business. I was massaging with one hand, talking on the phone with the other. The massage room is not equipped in any way. We drove 3 hours from the airport, our hotel was 5th on the list, arrived late in the evening, checked in immediately, a room on the 2nd floor, after cosmetic repairs, with partial sea view, everything worked, everything is clean (baksheesh - solves many problems). Room cleaning is lame, but either we were so unlucky, although they left money, but it did not spoil our mood. The hotel is tired, that is, that is, but we understood it. The territory is not large, everything is clean, the staff is smart, they try, the pools are clean, the slides work twice a day, the children are happy, the sun beds were broken, the mattresses were used, and there really are not enough of them, but since we woke up early, this problem was not for us. Animation is only in the evening for both children (Aram zam zam, etc.) and adults. The beach is sand, garbage and steers are left by the vacationers themselves! The entrance to the sea is smooth, small pebbles, there are stones on the left at the entrance, but why go there and break your legs?😅, the sea is clean, after 300 meters there is a natural plate, it does not interfere at all.
WiFi was not used, someone buys local SIM cards for 35 euros, we used Beeline - 1 GB of Internet per day for 450 rubles.
