Well, very disappointed with staying in Villa. It’s not cheap 2,5 mln sums per night, but it’s not worth it. No hot water, it’s cold in living room, no amenities at all like tea, water and etc. TV is not operating, no place to have a walk around. You don’t feel premium quality for money. Our first visit was good in summer 2-3 years ago we stayed in hotel rooms and it was pretty good but not villas fellas, stay out of it. May be it’s better in summer time who know.

A great place for a family vacation, beautiful views, fresh air, a wonderful pool. If you want to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of a beautiful holiday "like abroad" - this place is perfect for you.
There is one small "but": if you are not a fan of noise, do not take a room in the building that is closest to the small pool (behind which there is a cafe, it is right above the reception). Take it in the second or in the third. Otherwise, there are no complaints: the staff is polite, they work quickly and efficiently.

A great place with amazing nature. The breakfast was simply magnificent: a buffet with a large assortment of delicious dishes, live music and beautiful decoration created a special atmosphere. In the infinity pool, the water is very cool, it was unpleasant to swim.
We were pleased with the excellent massage, hammam and sauna. The helicopter tour and wonderful live music left a special impression.
However, the service leaves much to be desired: registration took too long. Room service (after check-in we waited until the room was ready) and the waiters are sleepy.

We had a rest in the middle of August at Heaven's garden. I'll start with the pros, these are beautiful views, clean air, an Infinity pool with a gorgeous view and a delicious restaurant, it's definitely worth visiting this restaurant especially at night. Delicious food, you can say varied. The breakfast buffet is not bad and there was a DJ at night with great music, also the artist came and that's probably all with the advantages.
Let's move on to the cons, and there are many more pros. We came to rest, not to spend the night somewhere. From the very first day of check-in, the impression was spoiled. I'll start with the fact that check-in starts at 14:00, and we stood at the reception for about an hour and a half in line with a child. We waited and got the keys, went down to the bus and it turned out that only one bus was working, the other was broken and there was also a queue for the bus at the bottom, we did not go up on foot, because we did not know exactly where our room was. As a result, we arrived at the room closer to 15:00. And the biggest surprise of disappointment was waiting for us in the room. The room is dirty, old and without repair, without toothbrushes and toothpaste. (In other rooms it was all) we went as a family, we rented three rooms because of this we have something to compare with. But the worst thing is that the air conditioner in our room did not work. When it was turned on, it was disturbed by an eerie sound. I added photos and videos to the carousel. After lunch, we went down to the reception to change the room, to which we were told that there were no available rooms, there were only more expensive rooms, at first we did not agree to another price, but in the end we were not offered any alternatives except for an additional fee, and we decided to look at another room with an additional fee, but it turned out that there too the same situation, only the place is bigger than ours. The administrators are very rude and arrogant. They have no customer orientation at all, it seemed that they didn't care what kind of person we were. After a long argument, we were only offered to clean the room and fix the air conditioner. The room was well cleaned, but the air conditioner could not. And we slept all night with this knocking sound (it was very hot without air conditioning). When we woke up in the morning, after breakfast we turned to the receptionist again, as a result, we were changed to a room with almost the same repair, but with a working air conditioner. And we did not hear any apologies for the inconveniences brought. On the contrary, they received these unpleasant glances. Of the disadvantages, the fact that the water in the pools is very cold, except for the indoor one, it was impossible to swim for more than 5 minutes, especially for children. And the Infinity pool is not allowed even in semi-closed swimsuits (that is, in shorts).
In any case, we tried not to pay attention to all this, and switch to something else and make the rest as pleasant as possible.

The air is clean and mountainous.
We lived in the 2nd building on the 4th floor, unfortunately there was no elevator.
The food in the restaurant is delicious and the service is excellent.
The upper pool with a dress code and an age restriction, it is not clear why!
The lower pool is unlimited.
The reception is working slowly, a large queue is built into both the checkin and the checkout!

The worst vacation I've ever had. The reception staff is very rude. They do not take into account the desire of customers at all. They don't care. We were moved from one house to another because there was no water. Nothing was going on in the bathroom. The room itself is very dirty. Old and battered. The staff who have to *clean* goes for beauty. They only remove the trash from the old tables and change the bed linen. They didn't wash the bathroom. Nothing was wiped. Okay, that's just the flowers. Restaurant. Terrible food. Rubber. We ordered caesar and Tom's chicken tastes like fish. The children were poisoned. In short, if you want to go on vacation in the mountains, then it's better to stay in some kind of motel, there will be no difference as such.

One star: for the air and the view.
The rest is very bad:
- the villas have a room without windows, air conditioning and a hood. It is impossible to ventilate in any way, the smell from the previous tenants remains. You take a shower, and immediately the humidity rises, and it's impossible to sleep.
- Breakfast is paid. They write about it, but in small letters.
- During the four days of our stay, we did not clean up even once, the garbage was not taken out. Although it says that they are cleaned every day. When they complained, they sent sliced fruits and packaged juices as a compliment. But they didn't leave.
- There are lattice structures filled with stones outside the villas. These bars have joints like barbed wire. Everyone tore their jackets and arms.
- They come mostly to walk and hang out. When I complained that the music in the neighboring villa was playing loudly at night, the staff replied that they could not hear anything.
I don't recommend it at all.

The rooms are in need of repair
Rooms are cleaned carelessly, everywhere is dirty, hair and other debris, bed linen is stupidly not changed
The kitchen is just terrible, not tasty from the word at all
The service leaves much to be desired
Sauna, swimming pool are not working (included in the room rate), which is not warned in advance and some compensation is not even offered
My words can be confirmed by more than 50 people with whom I was not lucky enough to spend 2 days together at this hotel.
We will never come back here again and I do not advise anyone.

The question, of course, is very stupid and boorish. Moreover, at the beginning of the call, I found out the availability of rooms for specific dates. She began to explain that it was both. He started telling me: "it's just that some people just call, collect information..." And I called for a reason, but I wanted to book good rooms. I have the right to ask what is the difference? The Uzbek receptionist, who apparently grazed sheep in the mountains instead of school, could not answer such a simple question clearly and competently. It was very unpleasant to extract information from rude illiterate employees. In general, it's good that you got acquainted with the rudeness of employees on the phone, and not on the spot, for your money.

The menu is the same in the two restaurants, but the prices are different. I ordered khachapuri in Adjarian style, but there was no cheese from the word at all, just dough. Cappuccino coffee was brought diluted with water . And they carry everything for a very long time, they waited for an hour. Service and food 2/10

If you want to live there, then stock up on toilet paper, water and tea leaves, we waited two days and they did not bring us water and paper . And for two tea bags, 40 thousand were charged from us and at the check-out they said that they had to pay for parking when I asked for what amount, he said that I would give from the bottom of my heart, there are all rooms for smokers in the restaurant if you want to go with the children, you will not find a place because everyone smokes there. The food is delicious , they cook well , the guys are kind , as it is sung in the song for money , but if not, you will not get anything .

Well, that kind of thing. We rested in a large company and this "vacation" was not worth the money. For lovers of luhari and pathos, perhaps yes, that's the best thing, but for this money it would be possible to raise the level of the resort. There are no complaints about the kitchen - everything was very tasty. But the service is very lame. Waiters who do not know the basic rules: during the plate change, you must immediately put a clean one, do not touch the guests' appliances with your own hands, and even more so do not put the appliances on the table without giving a clean plate. Ashtrays are rarely changed until the ashtray turns into a hedgehog. Regarding the rooms, the standard rooms (others did not) had bed linen and towels changed right in front of the guests, toilets with a cracked rim, rocking, showers in splashes. Some rooms do not have shower gel and shampoo. When closing the door to the room, turn the handle strongly in the opposite direction so that the lock works, otherwise there is a risk that your room will remain open. Checked (three times). The doors to the balcony are a separate story) In some rooms, they basically do not open, and in some so much that only a child can fit through. The contingent corresponds to the type. If you are wearing shorts and a T-shirt, it looks like a homeless person, because most of them are dressed in dresses, shirts and trousers with styling and make-up. In general, there is too much pathos for such a place.

Cons: Many cottages are new, they are brand new. But, the quality of the repair is terrible. I did not know that wallpaper can fall behind the wall 2 months after sizing. In the repair of many cottages, super cheap materials are used, super tear furniture, it's just amazing how the owner does not see it. It's terrible!
Super intrusive waiters, like flies trying to fly into your mouth with food, directly hover over you all the time. This is a dechman theme. Annoy.
That's what's especially interesting, where were they able to get synthetic towels in Uzbekistan? In Uzbekistan?????? You rub, you rub, you rub, but it doesn't absorb water normally.
The price of the issue? Expensive! Everything is expensive! Unreasonably expensive! It feels like you're paying for yourself and for the next table.
I do not regret the trip, but I will not go any more, it is better to spend this money in Amirsai, not much more expensive, but everything is completely different.

We rested on September 2-3. Overall, the impression is positive, but there is something that I would like to improve:
- infinity pool with ice water, it is impossible to swim. Although it is shown in all social networks as something unusual and cool, in the end it is a complete disappointment. In addition, this pool has a dress code and face control. This information is nowhere to be found. I only found out by asking a specific question..Although this information should be available to everyone.
- in the restaurant near this pool, the service is 20%, but despite this, we were shortchanged by about 15 thousand soums. We didn't spoil our mood and scored, but it's still unpleasant.
- There is no information about all available locations in the hotel. At the reception, to my question, "what is here?" they replied that there was a map in the room, but this map only contains the location of buildings. There is no work schedule, it does not say where breakfast is and at what time...As a result, to find out the schedule of the spa, we went to the spa..It's very dumb.
- as it turned out, when booking a room, you also need to book a table for dinner, I don't understand why you can't say this when booking a room and immediately book a table... If you haven't booked a table, you can stay without dinner or stand in line and wait for someone to leave the restaurant.
- at dinner, the request to bring a blanket was ignored, although other guests were sitting with blankets. We reminded the waiter several times. as a result, they froze and left, although they planned to spend the evening in a restaurant.
- there was live music at the dinner, which created a terrible noise in the speakers. We were sitting in the front row and were deafened by the noise while we were waiting for food. They asked us to move it away from the speakers - they told us not to. I note that there was no noise from the DJ's music, it was just loud music...
About the pros:
- thanks to the employee who answers the telegram, he answered all my questions, corrected my booking details that were incorrectly recorded on the phone and helped me book a table for dinner, because I couldn't get through to the restaurant
- did you like the room
- everything we ate was delicious and beautiful.
The hotel has good potential, but at the moment the high price is not justified by the quality of service.
