You have a great studio. Beautiful, pleasant, the service in the studio is a fire.
But, first of all, not to enroll where I want. It's just not realistic for a person who has things in life besides manicures and pedicures to get to the right time.
Secondly, to write, "appreciate our time" to a client who regularly went to you and paid money, and not a little, not that it would be very polite. I work in the field of customer service myself. I've always done manicures and pedicures with designs and bought rings and candles. Don't value the client, there are probably a lot of them, and it doesn't really matter what I think specifically.
Thirdly, Polina was just super. The coolest master in my 30 years. It's a pity that she left.
I had to sign up for another studio at a time that was convenient for me, not for you.

I went to Polina's manicure. The old coating was removed and a new one was made.
The job was done on 10 out of 10, after 3 days nothing started to mess up and piss me off.
The design of the studio is pleasant, there are lockers to hang outerwear and a waiting area, as well as all kinds of buns in the form of coffee / tea and sweets. While I live in Batumi, I will come here and there is no desire to look for some other studio.
The photo shows the manicure after 1.5 weeks
A year has passed, the studio has moved to a larger room - I still come here.

A small cozy studio where they offer high service and do an amazing manicure. We are very picky customers, but after visiting this studio once with my mother, we were very satisfied. Masters Nika and Polina are very smart, diligent and polite, they did everything as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Tea, coffee or water are served in the salon. Everything is clean and tidy, sterile.
We have signed up for a repeat visit. We highly recommend it

- a good level of service, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, this is rare in local salons
About manicure:
- good color palette
- the manicure itself is done with high quality
What confused me:
• for some reason, the master applied only one layer of coating, the light color of the nails with strengthening shines through at the tips, it seems that the manicure is not very "fresh", I do not know why she decided not to apply the second layer, but I did not ask, because I felt bad and I no longer had the strength to sit, the procedure and so it took about 2.5 hours. Because of this nuance, I would rate it 4 points out of 5 🙂🌸
