The first time I signed up for a haircut at this barbershop, the prices are average or higher in the market. I tried to put up with the first four days, on the fifth I went to another barbershop to get a haircut again.
I let go of the situation, as they say, it happens to everyone.
3 weeks later, they sent an SMS saying that "they would be very happy to give me a free edging" and a link to the recording.
I think well, what's difficult here, just to trim it from the side, in ucla I chose a master with 115 reviews, signed up for a certain time.
I arrived at the barbershop, the administrator tells me, we are doing the edging for two weeks, there is some kind of program failure, there will be no edging. That is, you have spent your time, you have arrived because you were invited and you are told that this is a program error.

This barbershop does not guarantee anything, you give 15-20 $ for a haircut, so that you get a haircut sometimes worse than in a barbershop in the "house of life" for 10 rubles. They can hire a person who, conditionally, graduated from the courses a month ago - got into such a one, a couple of friends went there and stopped, because they realized that it was a waste of money, they go to other people directly, who rent and cut hair there themselves. It just so happened that the barber I still want to go to is in this barbershop, if he leaves there, then I won't go there anymore. Once my barber was scheduled for two days in advance, well, I had to get a haircut, went, booked at random on the same day - they cut my hair like an afelka again. Of course, it's my fault, I should have explained it better, conveyed it, but - you get tired of it, you need to explain it in detail a million times and keep it in your head, if you just trust barber to do your job, then you'll freak out every time you look at yourself in the mirror until it grows back and you have to pay more.
The only difference from a barbershop is that the nose, ears, eyebrows will be waxed, and so the quality is sometimes worse or the same as in a barbershop, but in the latter it is cheaper.
