For 2019, Verstat-7 is a problematic garage cooperative. On December 20, 2017, the Kyiv City Council approved a detailed territory plan for which a chord highway will be installed instead of Verstat-7. The cooperative has also been entered into the register of debtors and enforcement proceedings have been initiated against it. In Verstat-7, the salary arrears to the staff are 6 months old. The cooperative sometimes pays taxes on time and gets into the register of tax debt.
