I needed to shorten and tidy up my long hair, but it seems like the stylist, Vladimir, lacked experience working with long hair on men. I mentioned four times that I exclusively wear my hair tied back, yet the stylist still focused on how it looked when loose. As a result, my hair was cut too short, and it no longer ties back neatly and looks less tidy than it did before the haircut. Now I’ll need several months to grow my hair back to correct the stylist’s mistake.

According to reviews, I went to the Haze salon. Their positioning is clear - expensive, high-quality, the best craftsmen, super service.
There are 0 questions about the service - the guys in the salon have love and care from the doorstep, coffee and a barista from 202, champagne, a beautiful and clean salon by itself.
The rest is my great pain, sadness and tears. We did the air touch and care (if anything, the master did not ask about the care, whether I wanted to or not - I did it myself, included in the price) + 15,000 haircut. In total, 160,000 drams came out.
I didn't like the haircut or the coloring. It was very dark (although I clearly asked for a very light area of my face). The master himself admitted that he had done something wrong, and we agreed to fix the work.
As a result: the master did not contain a clarifying compound. The hair remained yellow-red))) The master himself did not mention this. I wrote to the salon - they refunded my money and provided me with the advice of another master, who said that it was very dangerous to redo now and my hair would just fall off. And ideally, I need to wait at least six months and hide my hair, pin it up with hairpins, etc. (the words of the master).
I will attach both the work and screenshots of communication with the salon.
Honestly, no amount of money will give me back the ruined hair that I can't even fix. It's just my constant tears and pain. I think every girl can understand. Any glance in the mirror really upsets me, it's almost always visible in the pictures. I'm not even talking about quality.
Lightening is well done on the rest of the hair surface. The technique is great, there's only one thing that I wanted to DO WRONG))) and I even sent examples with references

I am writing a special review a month and a half after the visit, I got a haircut from Mikael Malhasyan, it fits super well, my head is gorgeous! Super, thanks! The most important thing about a haircut is how it fits at home, the most difficult thing is to do it like in a salon. And here you don't even have to put it down, and the best part is that the master explained in great detail how to live with it, how to put it, what means to use, that the effect was like from a salon. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT, I have been to very expensive salons in Moscow, there is something to compare it with.

I've been giving this salon a chance for a long time, but never again. Last year I had the most unsuccessful haircut of my life, I had to get an emergency haircut again (the usual cascade for medium-length hair). Next, eyebrows - after waxing, there is severe irritation on the skin around the eyebrows (this has never happened in any other salon in my life). The last straw was the hair care with styling - not only did I sign up with a top master, but half of everything was done by an assistant while this same master was coloring the girl in the next chair, but the styling itself was then done so that the hands were torn off - the hair was mercilessly combed, all the curls of different sizes and lasted exactly 15 minutes. I went home on an emergency basis to redo my own styling before the event. There are really luxury salons in Yerevan with almost similar prices, so I won't trust the craftsmen from this salon with my eyebrows or hair anymore.

I chose a specialist at Haze for a long time, in the end my choice fell on Mher Ghazaryan and I did not lose :). I was satisfied with the result, it's a pity I didn't find this master before.
I had a haircut, which I liked:
We started on time, without waiting.
The master worked only with me and concentrated on my request (the master worked next to us in a pair with a woman, dyed one client's hair in parallel, then a client came to him for a haircut and another client was still waiting for her turn ...) He may be a virtuoso, but working with multiple clients at the same time doesn't suit me...
Meanwhile, Mher Ghazaryan listened to me very carefully and looked at my references.
We went from the opposite, which I definitely don't want to happen.))
As a result, he professionally suggested what options there are with my current haircut and what in his opinion can be done.
The master has carefully worked out a haircut for my thick hair.
I did not regret that I listened to his advice.
In the end, it turned out better than I expected.
I am very grateful to Mher Ghazaryan for his high professionalism and individual approach!

I have been to the salon many times, the ratio of a good result and a bad one is 50-50. Yulia's eyebrows and Andrey's haircut were cool (but, as far as I know, they no longer work here). I also liked Jasmine's pedicure, but I was confused by the moment with soaking my feet in water.
From the unpleasant: a sick manicure from an intern, haircuts from other masters who painfully pulled my hair and jerked my head sharply.
And the last haircut, Benjamin's, was unsuccessful - I asked for a hairstyle that would not need to be styled at all, which I just blow-dry and do not know how to style. On request, there was a long, even bang, which I remove behind the ears, and remove a little length. The bangs were made, but they also cut the hair next to her in length between the bangs and the main cut - the hair was laid right after the haircut and I didn't notice it in large curls, I saw it already at home. As a result, I've been growing this little thing for six months now.

Master Alex is just great, there are 0 questions for him. A great guy, easy to communicate. The haircut is amazing immensely happy to get to him 🥹
Now about the main disadvantage. I was not offered tea/coffee/water, the admin did not work it out at all, although Clint had it on his manicure. The most unpleasant thing was to pay by transfer to a card, and not through a terminal, it was very unprofessional. And from the advantages of salons, there is a large selection of hair care products and hence there is another huge plus in the karma of master Alex, he told me which remedy might suit my request. cons - noisy, cramped, under repair

But the haircut and the master (Andrey Gribkov) really liked it!
Andrey helped with the choice of a haircut and explained everything in detail, answered all questions. It was nice to just talk in the process and everything turned out amazing, it's clear that the master knows his job. I am very happy :)

Personally, I had Master Benjamin. He spoke only English. But if anything, the girl from the reception came up to me and translated everything for me.
I painted myself mostly turquoise.
More precisely, she wanted to make up. But each time the master could not get exactly into the color. Maybe I was just showing him the wrong references.
He did his haircut perfectly well
The rest of the masters, according to my observations, are very attentive to their clients, and of course, polite
The materials they use for hair care and coloring are of very good quality.
The staff will always offer you tea/water/coffee
The brightness of the lighting in the room and especially in the workshop where everyone gets a haircut, as for me, is turned to the maximum, but it is probably necessary to consider all the subtleties of work when cutting
But when coloring, you may get the wrong impression at first, because basically we don't live with such brightness.
The price tag here is pretty solid
But it is quite acceptable for coloring with preliminary discoloration
Because of this, they gave me a discount on a haircut, which I did not pay in the end, because of the complicated and expensive coloring.
Overall, a good hairdresser.
For painting non-standard colors and haircuts, come here
If you just get a haircut, it's better to go somewhere else.

The level is very average, the prices are like those of top salons, while there are not even automatic washing chairs and the "specialists" leave much to be desired. I was there twice - both times I had to redo the result. The "masters" with such experience have a weak sense of color and, it seems, lack of basic knowledge of coloristics - they cannot mix the right color and fulfill the simplest request. If you can't see it by eye, use formulas, as many professionals do, until you learn another way.

I did the coloring with master Ivan. The request was: to equalize the color between the roots and the long hair, darken the tips (because they are faded), and paint over gray hair, there are few of them, but they are already beginning to be seen.
After coloring, the master said that the gray hair was painted over and that there was no other way (I can't remember exactly what he said). I don't know why it's not allowed, I did it in other places and everything was fine. It took 2 weeks, and I noticed that there was no staining: light tips, dark roots. It's a shame to give about 50 thousand drams and get such a result in 2 weeks.

The worst experience of my life. I signed up with their most expensive master (the owner of the salon), who completely ruined my hair. Before the procedure, I asked him to preserve the quality of the hair, discolor ONLY the roots. He said that he would be ASHAMED of my hair if we did not make a color correction and convinced me that the hair would not only retain its quality, but would also look better. Immediately after the procedure, I realized that I had lost half the volume, and during the procedure I repeatedly asked the master if everything was okay, because I saw how the hair was just FLYING. He got mad at me when I said he didn't do the job I asked for. He started yelling at me and humiliating me. I refused to pay for the job, which was showered with even more insults that I was poor and wanted a free job. As a result, I left and did not pay, I cried a lot. When I got home, I saw that he had recorded a FIVE-minute video on Instagram about how a crazy client came to him for free coloring. I can't say anything about the other masters of the salon, but he is the worst one I know. The maximum level of unprofessionalism, unwillingness to admit their own mistakes and correct them. She works not for the client, but for the photos on Instagram. It has been 3 months since the procedure, no olaplex, davines and others can save my hair, they continue to break with every touch. It's just hell. (I am writing from the wrong email address from which I signed up)
