A good place for your own. Delicious, reasonable prices. But if you are a tourist, be prepared to pay extra for the prices of the "new" menu, which you will not be given, but you will be warned in advance. Well, either they'll come up with an excuse, just to breed a sucker.
I would put 5 stars, but it pisses me off when they try to breed so brazenly. I would cover this difference in the estimate with a tip. Apparently, such an attitude towards their tourists and guests of the capital

After arriving in Baku, a local friend brought me here for lunch. We ordered lula and two types of kebabs, vegetables, cheese... I can say that lula and kebabs were the most delicious in Baku.... I recommend you to visit, the prices are lower than in Moscow…

The place is average, there are no complaints about the food - the cook is well done, the entourage of the institution itself is 4, the staff is not very friendly, plus they tried to cheat - but they found a mistake themselves when they asked for a refund after closing the check.
