The guest house turned out to be very cozy, clean and hospitable! The photos correspond to reality! There is no walking distance to the necessary, it takes about 20 minutes to walk, but the very condition of the house and comfort compensate for all this! I advise everyone! Next time I will definitely stay there! The owner is a very responsive and pleasant person!

The hotel is just super clean and tidy! The territory is well maintained and very clean! The rooms are spacious and the furniture is new! The rooms have everything you need! Very polite host! The air is clean! The view from the window of Mount Ararat is unforgettable!Very tasty tea, coffee and hookah! We advise everyone and we will come again
