We lived on the 3rd floor - a non-smoking floor. We didn't feel any smell from cigarettes. Excellent sound insulation - you can't hear any neighbors or noise from the street. The good location of the hotel is on the local Arbat, where there are plenty of cafes and not far from the sea. Breakfast was left at the room due to covid (at 7:30 in the morning). The absence of a heated towel rail is a significant disadvantage. Breakfast was meager - there were no fruits, no juice/yogurt packages, you get tired of all kinds of rolls. Before the eviction, the administrator began to re-check whether we paid for the room or not, the system froze, which delayed the train.
