Everything is beautiful, but there is a surprise waiting inside, paying an unlimited visit for an adult of more than 13 thousand. You will find out that not all locations are available to you and there are additional paid locations. There is a hammam and a Finnish sauna, a wave simulator in large pools. The pool with a Jacuzzi had a high concentration of chlorine. After the visit, I had an allergic reaction or reaction to chemicals, it went away within a week. I witnessed how an employee poured chemicals during the use of the pool during the period of use by people, it seems to me that this should be done in the absence of visitors. The cafeteria is overpriced, the price/ quality does not match, but there is nowhere to go if you stay for a long period of time. I paid 7 thousand rubles for one child whose lunch consisted of tea, nuggets and chicken. It was boring because the music was turned on only after lunch, I refused to visit again. Despite the prize draw and discount coupons for repeat visits. It's not worth it, although I really love water and swimming, but not in such conditions.

On December 31st, it's the best thing to be there: there aren't many visitors, you don't queue for extreme slides (one for prone descent, the other two for tubing), great! You were your own director that day.: you look at the video surveillance screen - everything is fine, there are no people - then you go down the hill! Although this should be done by the supervising instructors, who that day decided to take a break from hard work and lay on the sidelines, not even looking towards the descent from the slides. And the signals didn't work that day: only the red color was flashing (descent is not allowed), fortunately the video surveillance screens were working.
For those whose 6-7-year-old children forgot to bring rubber slippers with them: you won't be able to rent them, but you can buy 3 sizes more.
My family and I enjoyed being at the water park from 13:00 to 19:00, when all of us campers were almost begged to pack up and leave the water park so that all employees could go home early that day, announcing the closure of the water park at 19:00 every 2-3 minutes over the speakerphone. Although we were hoping to be there before 22:00.
This time I had a chance to feed the insatiable Vietnamese fish with the skin of my and the children's feet at a discount, which was kindly provided by a girl named Akbota. The procedure is Fish peeling. Cool! I was hoping they (the fish) would give me a pedicure.
But it was enough for them to feast on the top layer of my and my children's skin)
The novelty of the winter season is a pool with hot water outside. The nearby summer pool is currently operating as a hot one in winter. And it's great: you're lying on hot water, and the air is at a subzero temperature!
The Khan's bathhouse was under renovation that day.
We will definitely go again next time, God willing.
In principle, you need to visit this water park twice a year, that is, in summer and in winter.
For those who are used to vacationing in foreign resorts with water parks, this is a good alternative - without leaving the Republic of Kazakhstan - to relax in an aquapark and feel that you are vacationing somewhere abroad.

Do not leave valuables in the locker at the water park! I left the earrings in the locker, but at the end of the vacation they were no longer there! We watched the cameras with the locker room administrator, they said that they did not fall out on the floor. Then they could only disappear if someone opened the closet and stole them!!! To which they told me, "they don't steal from us." Class, but where did the object go? Disappeared? Complete nonsense. The cameras are in the locker room, but there's no point, no one will return the earrings for 250 thousand to me. It's a pity I didn't call the police, I should have, but it's my husband's birthday, so we decided not to spoil the holiday even more, so the mood couldn't be worse. We'll never come again. I want to thank the instructor's boyfriend, who reacted promptly and saved my daughter. In a matter of seconds, my daughter rolled down the wrong slide, which was planned to take her for a ride. She rolled off and began to choke. The instructor quickly got his bearings and jumped into the water. Immensely grateful to the guy!!!The guy's name is Nurzhigit, as I understand it, he is just interning. The guy definitely needs to be taken, very attentive and quick reaction!!!

To be honest, I will say right away - I compare it with the water parks in Moscow ...
And my choice is subjective, of course - in favor of Hawaii & Miami.
Two wave pools, several Jacuzzi locations, and generally many different cozy places.
There is an open-air space with pools and outdoor saunas.
The slides are cool.
And the food is somehow better, not only snacks on the menu, there are no queues on weekdays.
But we didn't get the local quesadilla and pasta Alfredo somehow...
There are two separate bars - in the spa area and somewhere else, bar stools right in the water - cool
And, and the third bar separately - with beer, away from children))
There are a lot more sun loungers, there are tables in the spa area, you can have a snack there right away or just order tea
And the saunas in the spa area are cool:
- two hammams, really hot
- Russian-style sauna
- the steam room-yurt, where the khan's throne is at the top - it's not like sitting there, even standing for a second - and that's a feat
- Tien Shan surprised: on the walls are old Soviet sleds, Yunost skis, skates and darkened postcards "about the mountains" :D
- there are also saunas, I didn't remember everything...
At 18.00, the guests were offered to taste tea with honey and test a face cream.
The hair dryers are working fine, but there are just not many of them, there will probably be a queue on crowded days
HOWEVER, it seemed to me that the tickets were too expensive
But this is certainly subjective...

This establishment does not meet the security requirements, the birthday was ruined!!! Thanks for not going to the hospital...
so in order:
1. When buying online tickets, you have to stand in line to get through.
2. There is no way to purchase regular tickets online + a free birthday ticket. For a free ticket, you must return a previously purchased ticket, but even here it is not without problems. Upon return, the resource does not accept a passport photo. We are resolving the issue through technical support.
3. Adult slides (spirals) without gaps and lighting. You roll down them in total darkness.
4. On the same adult slides, the light indicators do not work correctly (you can go or you can not). To my question, "Is the light green, can I go?" The employee at the slide said that the indicator was not working. Only after he gives the go-ahead can you slide down. And then you need to ask again "Can I go?".
5. My wife, having previously had experience visiting water parks and riding slides, rolled down the orange slide (where skating is without cheesecakes). In the middle of the slide, I stopped in complete darkness (described above), while I was trying to go further, a guy crashed into me at speed!!! That is, the employees at the slides are not responsible for safety. The person hasn't rolled down yet, and they're already launching a new one!!! As a result, a bruised shoulder, a spoiled mood and a disrespectful attitude.
What if it was a teenager who was run over by an adult man?
6. After the incident, we had to look for the administration ourselves, which also did little to help. At first, we watched the recordings for more than half an hour and at the end only "Sorry, it won't happen again."
No compensation, no logging of the incident, and so on. That is, if you suddenly need to use honey. With insurance, it's almost impossible to prove that you've been here.
They offered to go to the SPA. But thanks, I don't need it anymore. I'm not in the mood, my shoulder hurts, and the party is ruined.

One wave pool did not work for all inclusive, there was food, in fact there was practically no choice, two salads, one soup and 3-4 types of hot. The rest is for a fee. As a result, the surcharge for all inclusive is not justified. It is expensive and there is nothing. It is better to take a regular ticket and buy food yourself

We were with my husband on the weekend. They took it with access to the spa area. Positive: there are many different steam rooms, it is easy to choose according to your taste. cons: there are only 2 slides for adults and they are black and dark inside (they pass through the street). Specifically on these slides, the instructors do not monitor the descent. The instructor was on the phone. People walked around themselves, counted down about some time from the descent of the previous one and rolled down. We haven't tasted the food, so I can't appreciate it. The locker rooms are clean. It's a bit cold in the water park itself (for me), the muzzle in some places is from some pipes from above, I would like a little warmer air. There was a desire to wrap myself in a towel all the time when leaving the water. The number of people in the afternoon and morning is quite normal, in the evening of course more.

One of the best water parks in the city. There is always something for both adults and children to do. Clear. There are few people in the morning, more by lunchtime. Then we went to the outdoor pools. The kids are delighted with the slides, and my husband and I were just glad that they were busy playing games. It's better to come out in the morning while there are not so many people. Previously, there was a discount when paying from the site.We took water and snacks for the children. No one said anything. They looked at it, said it was good. There is a sauna.

I have not seen the biggest slides working.
Long work of the bar. You'll want a cocktail. Wait 20 minutes. It's the same with food. They can give your order to another and have to wait again. The sauna is designed just to warm up. Well, it's unlikely that it will work out right on the steam. Constantly running back and forth.
Sunbeds should be caught immediately. They are engaged quickly.

Good day to all! This water park is very, very large, we visit it not for the first time, and every time with pleasure! On holidays, of course, it is very densely packed with visitors, but on weekdays it is very good, it is warm inside, the pools with water are in clean condition, it is clear that this is being monitored. The service is well thought out, courteous service, wardrobe, changing rooms, shower, toilet, everything is in good condition and everything is functioning! We have not visited the Spa treatments yet, next time we will visit and leave a review. There is a hammam and a Finnish sauna available for free use. So everything you need for recreation and entertainment for both children and adults is here. I highly recommend you to visit!

It's a great water park, I haven't been to any others in Almaty, but somehow I didn't feel like exploring after this water park. There is a separate relaxation area with steam rooms, saunas and massage, a bath attendant comes on schedule)) and it's cool! There are drinks, the food is so-so, but you will not stay hungry. Of the cons: 1) there are only two large slides, 2) since there are few slides, it would be nice to make a separate tariff for visiting the SPA area only. My wife is not attracted to the slides, a few descents are enough for me.

The water park itself is large, for every taste. The slides worked only 3 pcs. The largest one was closed. We were in early March. I was impressed by the outdoor pool, it is very hot.
