It feels like this hotel is not all inclusive. For some reason, I want to put more food on myself, but I can't. The cooks serve you themselves, and if you want an addition, they stand grumbling in their own language and say something. And they pretend that they don't see you, get attention in the photo. Also, the food is terrible, there is nothing for children to eat, there is nothing to choose. And in the beach, the sand is not real, but they bring it and scatter it on the beach. A person walks like a sweep. My child and I went to the beach, we thought we would drip sand to play hahahaha, so we saw how people were being deceived. Boring animators don't know how to entertain guests. At 20:00 they dance with children and at 21:00 for adults and at 22:00 they say good night, that's all the hotel is boring there is nothing to do there. My advice is never to go there. Their rules are that you will not be fed on the last day, the bracelets will be cut off. If you want to eat, go pay. The food is tasteless. The pool is cold. The child broke his toe near the pool, they started contacting the reception to take us to the hospital. They don't care. They say call the insurance company yourself . And I had to call the insurance company through Whatsapp to talk, an ambulance arrived, they took us away and paid $ 35. Our room was on the 3rd floor.
