Great hotel, in the city center. Five minutes walk to the historical center.
Comfortable rooms with air conditioning,
The only problem is that there are too many people on the 11th floor for breakfast.
Or come to the opening itself, or have breakfast at the nearest 7-11, or Starbucks. There's not much of a European breakfast anyway.
Of the obvious disadvantages, it was necessary to scan the document, there was no working scanner for the entire hotel, and the password for Wi-Fi works only on one device
