There are very simple rooms with only beds (barrels and rooms), a shared bathroom on the street in a separate house. If you choose a mountain view, you will not regret it - a full-length window. The hotel is located in a stunningly beautiful location. There are rooms with panoramic windows overlooking the mountains and the gorge. Everything necessary for accommodation is provided: slippers, hygiene products, hair dryer, kettle, mugs, coffee and tea bags, sugar. The breakfasts are delicious, we had enough to eat for half a day) for breakfast we can sit in a gazebo by the cliff and admire the beauty of the mountains. The only thing that could be found fault with was the not very clean window in the room. I need to wash it. And we recommend it 100%. The staff is friendly. Nearby is the 5km Krylia Tateva cable car. 600m stunning observation deck (in the form of a gazebo). There is another attraction nearby, the Devil's Bridge. We were there for one night, but there was a desire to stay longer.

There are several stone and wooden houses on the territory, with different views from the window, amenities and number of places.
The house -11 has: bathroom (shower with hot water, toilet, towel, hygiene products), table, chairs, chest of drawers, double and three single beds, kettle and cups.
Breakfast (buffet) is included in the room rate.
The heating is turned on remotely, it is necessary to inform the reception.
We stayed for one night.
The drainage pump makes a lot of noise and often works, you can hear it especially well at night, you often woke up from this.
The menu in the cafe is not very large, but you will not stay hungry.
If you take a house for two, then the price for accommodation is high.

The territory is small, the houses are very close to each other. There are two peacocks walking around the territory. There is a sauna and a Jacuzzi for a fee. Wi-Fi was working throughout the area, but sometimes there were interruptions.
We took a barrel room for four. Everything is very compact. There was no curtain in the bathroom, the pressure was not strong, but the hot water was always uninterrupted.
The breakfast is simple in the form of a buffet: sausage, cheese, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, buckwheat, vegetables, butter, bread, apples, gata for dessert, matsun and jam. But everyone had enough. The coffee was both instant and brought brewed in Turkey, there was a hunt for it.
I strongly advise you to walk to the watchtower, which is visible from the hotel. There is a path to it, the views are amazing!
There is not enough curtain in the bathroom, water is pouring on the floor. When we had wet weather and dirt rushing into the house, it would be great to lay a rug so that you can wipe your feet and not trample inside. You can turn off the light bulbs on the street at night or hang more thick curtains in the room so that the light from the street does not interfere at night. He hit us right in the windows. The road to the hotel is really broken, but we've seen worse here... we were able to drive a low-loaded sedan.

A place of incredible beauty with very good rooms and grounds.
The room was clean, there were all hygiene items (toothbrushes, pastes, gels, shampoos, combs), a bed with a good mattress, there is an electric convector in the rooms if it is cool. The view from the windows is incredible. If possible, take the view rooms, you will not regret it.
Buffet breakfast. Everything is there, everything is delicious. No frills, at home. No one left hungry.
The main local attractions are conveniently and quickly accessible from the hotel.

In general, the place is not bad, but there are a few nuances
1. The rooms are cold
2. They claim that it is possible with a dog, but it cannot be left alone in the room and go on a cable car. The decision-making person uses "well, it's a dog, suddenly the mattress will gnaw" as an argument. As a result, after driving 8 hours back and forth, one person was left without a cable car.
It's hard to come to an agreement with a person, so you need to be prepared for a random fad that will spoil your vacation

2 stars only for the most gorgeous view! But the service in this institution is nowhere lower! We lived in a suite with a bathroom - the bathtub is rusty, the drawers in the closet under the sink just rotted and sagged, scale and rust on the plumbing. The bed linen and blankets look dirty. We arrived with a child, but there was no towel for him. The windows in the view rooms are dirty. It's a very good location, just a cannon bomb, but the owners need to think about improving the service and upgrading in general. Some houses don't even have a toilet.

We were in January 2024, as if it were not the season. We were practically alone. The places are beautiful, there is a small river below, the cliff is steep. The kitchen is good. The house is warm and has all the amenities. In the morning, in about one hour, such a thick fog covered that just 3 meters away nothing could be seen... And of course the roads... It should be repaired....

Not all rooms have air conditioning. The linen is clean, white, but not cotton, polyester. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, there are gazebos where you can sit in the evening. Breakfast is included. The food is so-so, but considering that you live right in the mountains, you can turn a blind eye to it. It's very strange that everyone is squeaking from this place. Yes, it's a beautiful view, but for those who have been to Austria, Switzerland, Ossetia, this will not surprise you. But the numbers are sad. The chandelier on the ceiling is three-cornered, and the light bulb is in only one. The mattress died about 5 years ago - I have never seen such sagging ones. There's not even a brush cup in the bathroom. And at the same time, it's terribly cold in the bathtub.

I read a lot of negative reviews, but still took a chance. I don't know, maybe because we had a great mountain guide, but they greeted us like family. And we had an excellent dinner, and a more than exhaustive breakfast. They rented a "villa". The price-quality ratio is certainly lame in terms of quality and service of housing, but in general everything is there. And I knew perfectly well that I was overpaying for unrealistic views. Unfortunately, everything was covered in fog in the morning, but the emotions remained extremely positive.
