We were in Cyprus for the first time. The hotel is small, quiet, cozy, there is no animation, which is a plus for us specifically, it is located next to the sea. The beaches here are municipal, so we went around them all and chose the ones we liked.Wonderful staff, family atmosphere, very welcoming, room cleaning every day. The check-in turned out to be a very pleasant surprise - our room was already ready at 10! morning. Thanks to the kitchen staff - they cooked delicious at home and tried to diversify the menu every day. Air conditioning, TV, wi-fi, all this was free, for an additional fee.services -adapters,safe,refrigerator, you can pay or leave a deposit.
We needed a beach, relaxing vacation and we got it. The sea is the purest, you definitely need to take masks, there is something to see)
Public buses run regularly here, you can get to any beach or neighboring resorts for discos, a water park or shopping. You can rent a car or a bicycle. There are a lot of taxis too. There are enough attractions, you can book with a guide, both by land and by water.You can walk and see them for free. There are shops nearby with everything you need. There are many restaurants, taverns, cafes

A quiet, cozy place, I really liked the food, the menu was all 5 points!The sea is very close, convenient access to the sea from several sides at once.Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea.There is public transport nearby, which makes it easy to get to any part of the island.The hotel is not new.The spirit of the hotel is old, family-friendly...The elevator has an English floor reference system. -1 floor,0 floor and +1 floor.Designed for people who don't like to walk up stairs!The staff is friendly.

A small quiet hotel with a swimming pool on the outskirts of Protaras. The beach is small but clean. There are a lot of fish in the water, even a turtle swam in. There was enough food, there was enough for everyone. A little monotonous, but acceptable for ***, not spicy. Vegetables, fruits and desserts, everything is there. One drawback: there are no clotheslines in the room or on the balcony, there is nowhere to dry wet clothes. They brought their own and hung them on the balcony. Thank you, I read the reviews before check-in! There are many attractions nearby, be sure to rent a car to see as much as possible and swim on various beaches!

Nice hotel, quiet and cozy. A homely atmosphere. Polite staff. Delicious food. The sea is nearby. Umbrellas and sun beds are paid on the beach. If you need entertainment, then you need to go to the nearest Protaras or Ai-Anapa (7-10 minutes by bus). I recommend the hotel for a relaxing stay.

Hotels are for lovers of a quiet relaxing holiday, there is everything you need, the kitchen is delicious, the staff is friendly, convenient location, there is a pretty beautiful beach nearby, there is wi-fi, but it does not work well in the room. The hotel is not new, but it is clean and very cozy.

I stayed at the hotel in August 2021 using the ALL food system. There are no complaints about the room, service and food. Excellent 3* Room cleaning + change of towels every day. During the week of my stay, the bed linen was changed, the bed was beautifully made, it was unexpectedly pleasant 😊 The air conditioner works perfectly quietly and cools powerfully. The bar is open until 00.00, but does not bother anyone: calm pleasant music in the evening. The bartenders remember which cocktails you liked and already offer you a choice. Tourists are mostly married couples with children. In the evening, after dinner, there is silence on the territory of the hotel - vacationers either on a walk in Protaras or in the room relax from the sun and the sea. The territory of the hotel is not large, but it has 2 swimming pools - one for adults and one for kids, a tennis court, 3 minutes to the sea at a slow pace. My stay coincided with a significant holiday in Cyprus, and lamb was cooked very tasty for dinner. I am indifferent to desserts, but lovers have something to eat. The staff is friendly, many speak Russian quite well. The overall impression is very good!

I liked everything, the food is normal, the staff is polite, the rooms are clean. The beach near the hotel is very cassette, at first we were upset, but after a walk we found a bunch more coves for every taste. Both for diving and for lovers of white sand. The sun beds are really paid because the hotel does not have its own beach. Overall, we had a good rest.

A quiet hotel, we rested for 4 days, we only spent the night in the room. The staff is friendly. The food could be more varied, but we have never been hungry, besides, this is not Turkey. The location is good, close to the beach where turtles swim. You can walk to the center of Protaras in one direction, and to Konnos Beach in the other. There is a shop and car rental within walking distance.

It is suitable for a budget holiday.
Pros: reasonable price, good breakfasts and dinners, close to the sea.
Cons: ants in the room, rooms for 3- in need of repair.
Bottom line: it's not that bad, but I wouldn't check in a second time.

Great hotel! The rooms have air conditioning (no extra charge!). We never met with the cleaners - they always cleaned when we were away. The food is simple, but delicious. For a budget holiday - it's the best! A big plus is the location. It is located just behind a more expensive hotel. If you get their wi-fi, it will be great.
On the downside, there is no cash transfer in the bar.

The hotel has everything you need for those who just come to the room to spend the night, most importantly, close to the sea, within walking distance, 5 minutes walk. The food is for 4, not very solid, but you will not stay hungry.

The beach is within walking distance, a supermarket-type store is a 7-minute walk away. There is a swimming pool. the rooms are clean and tidy. The buffet was impressive. Especially crab claws. Recommend.
