The staff is very polite and helpful. Modern building, high-quality and pleasant renovation, new and comfortable furniture. The room was warm on cold nights. Daily room cleaning. The room is spacious.
Delicious continental breakfast, in a stylish dining room, with pleasant music, it was very pleasant.
There is a good shop next to the hotel. The metro is a 5-minute walk away. The sights of the city center are all within walking distance.

Great hotel in the city center. Friendly staff. Large, clean room, daily cleaning service. They provide water, tea, and coffee. Good breakfast, coffee from the coffee machine. You can use the sauna and fitness center. There is a grocery store nearby, an alcohol store and a large basket store are 10 minutes away. 3 minutes to the subway.

Nice hotel in the very center of Tashkent.
Everything is new, clean, daily cleaning, friendly staff.
Breakfast is a buffet, in principle, there is always something to choose if you want variety.
There are fitness equipment and a sauna for guests, included in the price.

A wonderful hotel, beautifully decorated and of high quality, there is a small fitness area, a sauna, but still very young, there is no bar at all yet, only the breakfasts are very good. Thank you. If I am in Tashkent, I will definitely consider stopping.

New hotel, rooms are clean. The staff will help you with any question. The rooms have underfloor heating in the bathroom, it will be relevant in winter.
A delicious varied breakfast, except coffee.
I took off one star for booking a room on the 3rd floor, when checking in I was given on the 1st floor. But they changed it the next day.
Please note that the usual window numbers are in windows like in a well (photo attached). There is smoking downstairs and if your window is open, all the smoke is coming to you.
On the ground floor, you can only live with kondey.It would be better to plant trees there.
Apart from that, I liked the hotel.

A very good hotel, the room is cozy, beautiful, clean, spacious. The breakfasts are delicious with a wide range of dishes. Many thanks to the staff, especially Zhohangir, the people are in their place. The only thing that surprised me a little is that there is no scheduled cleaning or linen change. All this is carried out on demand immediately. Probably these are the rules.

The hotel is new, the rooms are cool, everything is fresh and in good condition. The trouble with breakfast. The start is announced at 7, but at 7 a.m. the staff only takes out everything that is required, drinks are not poured, the coffee machine is turned off. It seems that the staff is not aware that everything should be ready by the stated start time of breakfast.

Excellent hotel, pleasant service from minor remarks...
1. For the gym, at least a couple of collapsible dumbbells and a horizontal bar are missing
2. With a large number of people at breakfast (this happened once during the 7 days of our stay), the kitchen is struggling, apparently there is not enough assistant cook or something else.....

The most terrifying experience in 15 years of traveling. During the week of our stay and a lot of complaints, the manager never met in person, but he consistently lied to the service through which the reservation was made, that he came and we refused to communicate.
1) the water pressure is very weak and drops to almost zero. The hotel is charging for city supplies, but I have relatives in the next house and everything is fine there.
2) one evening, only hot water flowed from both taps. There was no washing up with the baby
3) during the first 5 days of their stay, the cleaning staff never vacuumed or washed the toilet sink. When I personally demanded it, I heard a boorish "so clean, why vacuum?!". It was only after the scandal that they began to fulfill the base!
4) We were given a master key upon arrival!!! By chance, the child and I went into the wrong room at night and were amazed how so. The receptionist just said, "Yes, this is the second one, we just lost it."
I don't recommend stopping here. I've never seen the manager or heard an apology. The receptionists on duty were panting

The most comfortable hotel. Excellent location — 30 seconds to the Korzinka store, 2 minutes to the Cosmonauts metro station, 5 minutes to the park. Lots of cafes with a variety of cuisines. Absolutely!

There is a very twofold feeling from this museum, so much money has been invested, the territory is well maintained. But not all the exhibits are interesting, it feels like a lot was just collected from houses and garages. I wasn't interested. Suzana liked the collection of copper dishes and furniture.
