We bought an apartment in the 1st building at the construction stage. Harmony Suites 1 is built very soundly, but the decoration and furniture in it are quite simple. The following buildings have already been built using "fast" technology. But the decoration of the apartments and lobby on the 1st floor is more interesting. In my opinion, the developers have invested all their imagination in the complex of the first 3 buildings. We have 2 swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, a playground, an interesting theme park for children, football and volleyball fields, a house with rabbits, a restaurant and a gym. There used to be a sauna, but unfortunately it was removed. Now there is only a paid sauna in Monte Carlo. Very beautiful landscaping: flowers, palm trees, cozy hammocks and swings. The territory is very well maintained. I can safely recommend our 3 buildings for recreation, because for several years I lived there all summer with my child, now I go there every year, my son lives with his mother all summer. We are absolutely delighted. I recommend. Another important aspect. In our complex (in the 1st building) the owner lives, so the complex is in order, children do not scream under the window at night. This is important on vacation.

Disgusting management company, dirty, garbage all over the territory in summer, constant rudeness. I do not advise anyone to go there or buy an apartment there.
