I did not live here, but I constantly visited cafes and the coastal area. The cuisine is great, the portions are very large (Caesar salad is a purely Cypriot interpretation, for an amateur, but I liked it; pasta Bolognese is top). Be careful about the fact that the portions are simply huge - you can have a hearty lunch together with one salad. Delicious drinks: smoothies, aperol, cold cappuccino/latte. The coastal area is quiet, just a fairy tale; there is a descent to the water (stairs) and sun loungers. Another cute one: there are a lot of good well-fed seals around. In general, I was not in the rooms, but Dad once lived in this hotel and was very pleased. The staff is polite and helpful; everyone understands English, many people understand Russian

A great place with good access to the sea, a good location relative to the rest of the infrastructure. Not far from the old part of the city there is a park area along the embankment. But walking is for lovers of such walks. It is possible to ride bicycles, which diversifies active recreation for its fans, especially since there are beautiful bike paths along the sea.
The hotel itself has excellent staff, a variety of breakfasts, the rooms are clean. The only thing that can get you into a room with an old safe and a key, it's inconvenient to carry a key everywhere. Plus, for these inconveniences, you need to pay a deposit of 40€ and pay for every day of your stay. Near the hotel there is a playground and a rookery of numerous cats. Children really like it, and adults are a little annoyed by the importunity of these ubiquitous cute "neighbors")
There is a swimming pool where there are enough sun beds and umbrellas so as not to run around early trying to occupy them.
Various types of marine entertainment can be rented 50 meters away. If the distributors have a "fruitful" day, then sometimes you can smell the fuel from boats and jet skis. But this is not critical. In general, everything pleases!

We really liked it
The place is cool, convenient for both hiking and car trips (large Parking lot)
Its own small beach area, or something. I don't know what to call it, see the photo, but quite to myself. Plus the pool.
The rooms are nice and clean, the kitchen is also quite good

The hotel is on line 1. The beach is municipal, but it is not a very wide strip of sand, so you can quite comfortably sit on the free sun beds of the hotel, 5-10 meters from them to the sea.

An economy class hotel, but very clean, cleaned every day. The first line , the view is cool from the balconies . Breakfast in the morning is quite tolerable. There is a good supermarket in 3 minutes. Recommend

A great three-piece for a normal night in between trips around the island. Extremely convenient location: large free Parking, convenient access to the expressway. Nice private beach with sun beds. Nice pool. Good breakfasts. There are comfortable, flat running tracks along the coast in both directions – 7.5 km towards Ayia Napa, about 6 km towards Paphos (mostly in the shade).
Relatively quiet. Near all the necessary shops, catering.
One of the disadvantages is the paid Internet (and, moreover, clumsy).
Those waiting for some kind of over-service will be disappointed.

An unexpected result :
we rest "all inclusive", bottled water is not put in the rooms and is not given out in the bar.Only for money .We bought beach towels at the reception; two towels for 10€.A total of 20€.While we were waiting for check-in (after 14.00), we were not even given water :"You are not settled yet - buy whatever you want" And why should we even buy water if we paid for "everything included"?! In our presence, a young couple demanded from a representative of biblioglobus to move them to another hotel.This couple also found the lack of a number of sunbeds unexpected for the number of vacationers.I agree! When we came to the "beach ", we did not see any free sunbeds, I strained with umbrellas at all.
Still, wait for dinner))
It seems like dinner is within the bounds of decency ( we are not gourmets and do not find fault much 😉
Conclusion: the hotel gives tour operators (and travel agents in Russia) not very accurate information about its hotel, obviously embellishing it .I won't hide it: the first impression was unexpectedly untidy.
On the positive side , the beauty and warmth of the sea calmed us down .
(the shore is a beach, as such, practically absent ; large boulders, i.e. there is no dark sand at all ; there is a step - ladder for entering the water ; for adults, unassuming tourists - it will pull , for children entry is PROHIBITED there)

Good evening! I'm sorry, I forgot to leave a review. We had a family vacation in 2019 at your hotel. We really liked everything. There was a nice man at the reception, wearing glasses, he was greeted friendly, with a great sense of humor. The room was clean, the food was delicious, there was an interesting performance with dancing in the dining room, beautiful live music was performed in the evenings at that time. Very cool guys and female bartenders, attentive, awesome comedians. Thank you all for the warm welcome!

We visit this hotel during the off-season.The hotel is conveniently located on the 1st line.nice comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. We only take breakfast meals. It's enough, but the menu is monotonous. If desired, you can have lunch or dinner at the hotel for 10 euros per person. Near the eucalyptus park, there are many different inexpensive restaurants with different cuisines. Wi-fi is paid and expensive, because the price is for 1 device, not for a room. Refrigerator, safe, Internet-all for an additional fee. There is a fitness room.There are several bus stops to the city center, which stops next to the hotel. The price-quality ratio is optimal. It's not the first time we've been here, and probably not the last time. Wi-Fi is paid, but it works fine.

I liked all the service, the food is standard, but it is cooked quite tasty , there is access to the sea , but there is practically no beach, there is a relaxation area by the pool with sun beds , you can sunbathe , but it will be problematic to swim in the sea because of the shore.

I liked that the food is very tasty, the rooms are clean, good, the staff is polite, well, probably everything, if the opinion changes, I will add later on departure) and I don't like that wi-fi is not only paid, it catches the kick as bad (and the money is not small 1 day 5 euros, 3 days 10, 7 days 15) I did not like the beach, I have to walk to the right about 1-1.5 km to a good beach. A nice clean hotel with delicious food, but everything is bad with the Internet.

Nice hotel,private beach by the sea,free sun beds by the beach. But! The food in the restaurant is not the best, locals come to the pool, the maids clean up as if on purpose in front of your nose, just to get a tip. A great option for 10 days, 14 days is a lot, it's very boring in recent days.
