I have been in Armenia for several years and they have never tried to deceive me in public catering establishments.
Before visiting this restaurant.
I stopped by for a snack after work, ordered, ate, and asked to count.
The waiter came rummaging through his phone with one hand and with a terminal in the other. Accordingly, he did not transfer the account to me, typed the amount on the terminal, handed it to me so that I would not see the screen. I paid and left.
Already at home, I looked at the notification of a write-off of 10,000 drams more than the cost of my order (order 7,500 write-off 18,000).
The next day I came to clarify what it was, checked the menu items and yes, I was not mistaken in the amount, but the funny thing is that the administrator made a sound to the message about the discrepancy between the paid amount and the order amount which I can't write here, but most of all it was like "and what?".
I am a non-confrontational person, the amount is small, so I did not swear, especially since I hope the restaurant will lose significantly more from this review. I looked at the comments - it turns out that this is not an isolated case, even in the restaurant group on Facebook there is a review of an attempt to deceive guests for a significantly large amount, so if you decide to visit this institution, check all amounts and positions in the account as carefully as possible.
The food, at least what I ate, is passable, 3 out of 5.
Of the advantages, only a beautiful renovation.
In general, unsanitary conditions, dirty dishes and another 10% for service????
For what? For the fact that your manager is rudely responsible???
Question: why do you charge 10% out of the blue.
