We visited this wonderful Spa salon, we really liked everything!!! Everything is well coordinated, the staff are friendly and attentive, very polite and cheerful!!! We were treated to delicious tea, had a massage and a face mask. They put their products at the reception, it's not expensive!)) I definitely recommend it!!! 💐
Even before going to the hotel SPA, we "decided to save money" and, on the advice of the hotel guide, go not to the hammam of the SPA hotel, but to the hammam "Harem" in the nearest village for 25 euros along with a transfer. Like everything is the same as in a hotel, but 3 times cheaper. A standard program was promised with a sauna, Turkish steam room, hammam sink and oil massage. I do not recommend this place.
There are two advantages: the price and a more or less good massage (although only 20 minutes), if you are lucky with a specialist.
The rest of the cons:
- the smell of urine in the Turkish steam room, a little better in the sauna;
- at the beginning, they say that they will not rush, but the institution works like a bad conveyor – therefore, someone may be driven to the next stage of the procedures ahead of time, and someone will sit in line for 20 minutes;
- the fact that different people are washed in a hammam at the same time is normal (it's the same everywhere in Turkey), but the fact that waiting in line are sitting here "in the auditorium" is not normal;
- the stove in the hammam is slightly warm;
- I am not a racist, but for whom it is important at the time of our arrival, the staff of the cleaners consisted of two Turks, a Negro (Afro-Turk?) and black women. By the way, no one will ask who will wash you (but if you ask, then they will get into the situation). Massage therapist staff – two black women;
- well, the cherry on the cake – two of the three men's showers somehow worked, there were no shampoos in any of them. But there was a bar of soap in one of the showers. My wife said that there was no soap or shampoos in the women's showers. While I was washing, a Turk came and took my towel from the locker room. He also went into the women's locker room. In short, you can't even wash properly in this bathhouse.
If it wasn't for the last point, then maybe, despite everything else, I would still go there for a massage.
Today, the family visited Harem hamam in Alanya. It took just 20 minutes to get from the hotel. It's an unremarkable place from the street. The interior is very spacious, authentic and relaxing. Calm music is playing, the administration speaks Russian well at the reception, before the session they tell you what is going on, what is included in the payment and immediately offer an additional one.services, but not imposed. If you want, you can refuse, although why if you came to relax. We first went to the sauna and hammam, then scrub and foam massage. It was he who delighted the child. Then rest with tea and finally a massage. Girls did all the procedures for my daughter and me, and a man did for my husband. The staff was very attentive and asked for our impression. Of course, it was not without "your muscles are clamped, osteochondrosis, etc., etc.", but if you do not want, no one will take offense at you and the attitude will not change until the end of the rest. By the way, we took a trip to this hammam from Eldorado Alanya in VK. We have been familiar with it for a long time, prices are much lower than those of hotel guides. The service is excellent
It is not the first year that we have been coming to this hammam, everything is on top, high-class craftsmen, very pleasant atmosphere and atmosphere! Incredible decoration, clean and well maintained. The price corresponds to the quality.
A wide variety of creams and related products.
Friendly and attentive staff!
We express our gratitude for a pleasant time!
Special thanks to the owner Mehmet and his staff, masseurs Khan and Judy!)
A wonderful place! I highly recommend it to those who want to relax body and soul🙏
Wonderful Kese (peeling) coffee + soap massage and super massage from the physiotherapist Serhat. Good prices, make discounts. High quality, service, delicious Turkish coffee and an amazing Hammam hostess👌
I recommend this wonderful hammam to everyone. We were there a month ago. Everything is clean, the staff is very courteous, especially the massage therapists are professionals in their field! We did an additional massage on the whole body. I was delighted. Recommend 👍
Good afternoon, everyone! The place is great! I came to the hammam! There was no harassment! They washed me and my neighbor (European) with a bang! She was washed by a girl, I was washed by a guy. No one bothered. Everything is competent and professional. A girl has already given me a massage. Upon arrival, I will definitely only go here! Coming out... lightness in the whole body!
Special thanks to Mahmet, the owner, treat the business with a soul!
I was here before, I didn't like it then, I bought a tour this year, but I didn't realize that this was the same hammam when we arrived - I was upset. But absolutely in vain, this time everything went perfectly, and the quality of services is very good, it's not a pity to spend money and time! The massage is performed professionally, the staff is friendly, in general, with what was before, heaven and earth. I took additional services, I also liked everything, thank you for the pleasant impressions
Honestly, it's terrible.
It's still more or less decent at the entrance, there's a terrible smell in the sauna, you run out of it into the salt room - and the salt probably hasn't been changed there since the opening (it even stinks afterwards, because after the sauna everyone runs to rub this salt), then a foam massage - if a man approaches you, you can safely ask to replace it He's on a woman, they only let their hands go like that. Naturally, then you will be smeared with a mask from one cup and one brush, then your feet will be dipped into a dirty aquarium with fish, and then you will be bred for a massage.
The massage is mediocre, don't expect anything WOW from this place
It was 09/16/12 on the advice of the guide, in general, if you don't wait for anything, you will go to wash. But 20 bucks is an overprice)
And since we wrote above, a sauna and a hammam for 10 minutes, they will give you a nap, apply a clay mask and stroke you a little, like a massage, then offering a therapeutic massage for 90 bucks, describing a bunch of problems with your spine.
***)
We were here on 07/28/2019. They offer to visit for 20 dollars. 10 minutes sauna, 10 minutes hammam, 10 minutes more to spend in foam, and then massage. At this point, the "divorce" begins. A Russian-speaking Turk comes up talking about colossal problems with the spine (he and his wife told her and me exactly the same "diagnoses") and offers a massage for $ 70, but they say 20 have already been paid, so you need to pay 50 extra. I agree, then it turns out that the massage was only for half an hour! I ask you to show me what kind of massage I was given for 70 bucks, gaining the right amount in the price list only by adding THREE different massages of 30, 30 and 40 minutes each. Well, then, no matter how much you argue, take out the money and put it down. They abruptly become aggressive, vicious boors, and there is no trace of their former friendliness.
