We visited this wonderful Spa salon, we really liked everything!!! Everything is well coordinated, the staff are friendly and attentive, very polite and cheerful!!! We were treated to delicious tea, had a massage and a face mask. They put their products at the reception, it's not expensive!)) I definitely recommend it!!! 💐
Even before going to the hotel SPA, we "decided to save money" and, on the advice of the hotel guide, go not to the hammam of the SPA hotel, but to the hammam "Harem" in the nearest village for 25 euros along with a transfer. Like everything is the same as in a hotel, but 3 times cheaper. A standard program was promised with a sauna, Turkish steam room, hammam sink and oil massage. I do not recommend this place.
There are two advantages: the price and a more or less good massage (although only 20 minutes), if you are lucky with a specialist.
The rest of the cons:
- the smell of urine in the Turkish steam room, a little better in the sauna;
- at the beginning, they say that they will not rush, but the institution works like a bad conveyor – therefore, someone may be driven to the next stage of the procedures ahead of time, and someone will sit in line for 20 minutes;
- the fact that different people are washed in a hammam at the same time is normal (it's the same everywhere in Turkey), but the fact that waiting in line are sitting here "in the auditorium" is not normal;
- the stove in the hammam is slightly warm;
- I am not a racist, but for whom it is important at the time of our arrival, the staff of the cleaners consisted of two Turks, a Negro (Afro-Turk?) and black women. By the way, no one will ask who will wash you (but if you ask, then they will get into the situation). Massage therapist staff – two black women;
- well, the cherry on the cake – two of the three men's showers somehow worked, there were no shampoos in any of them. But there was a bar of soap in one of the showers. My wife said that there was no soap or shampoos in the women's showers. While I was washing, a Turk came and took my towel from the locker room. He also went into the women's locker room. In short, you can't even wash properly in this bathhouse.
If it wasn't for the last point, then maybe, despite everything else, I would still go there for a massage.
Today, the family visited Harem hamam in Alanya. It took just 20 minutes to get from the hotel. It's an unremarkable place from the street. The interior is very spacious, authentic and relaxing. Calm music is playing, the administration speaks Russian well at the reception, before the session they tell you what is going on, what is included in the payment and immediately offer an additional one.services, but not imposed. If you want, you can refuse, although why if you came to relax. We first went to the sauna and hammam, then scrub and foam massage. It was he who delighted the child. Then rest with tea and finally a massage. Girls did all the procedures for my daughter and me, and a man did for my husband. The staff was very attentive and asked for our impression. Of course, it was not without "your muscles are clamped, osteochondrosis, etc., etc.", but if you do not want, no one will take offense at you and the attitude will not change until the end of the rest. By the way, we took a trip to this hammam from Eldorado Alanya in VK. We have been familiar with it for a long time, prices are much lower than those of hotel guides. The service is excellent
