A very unpleasant story happened to me today at Hardee's Mega Park. When issuing my order, an employee with the name "Sarina" on the badge mixed up the drinks and poured 2 Pepsi instead of Pepsi and Mirinda. I asked very politely to correct this mistake, but was refused. A girl with the name "Sarina" on her badge began to convince me that before pouring drinks, she specified "two Pepsi?" and received an affirmative answer from me. I probably didn't hear the question (or maybe it wasn't there at all). I only heard a question about ice, to which I gave a positive answer. Trying to resolve this misunderstanding, I brought the girl who took the order into our dispute, because I clearly indicated to her the request for different drinks, but she also sided with the employee with the name "Sarina" on the badge. Then I decided to resort to the last hope - the order list in the receipt. To my surprise, two "Mirinds" were punched in the receipt at all)) Amazed to the depths of my soul, I tried once again to appeal to the sanity of the employee with the name "Sarina" on the badge and repeatedly asked to replace one of the drinks with "Mirinda", to which the employee with the name "Sarina" on the badge threw me the answer "I can't help you" and left to take other orders. I decided to wait. A minute passed.. the second one.. third.. It seems that the girl with the name "Zarina" on her badge did not even think about coming back to me. Summoning all my willpower, I once again clarified whether the drink I ordered would be replaced with the one I ordered. The employee with the name "Sarina" on the badge again began to convince me that it was solely my fault and I would not see my "Mirinda", as chance would have intervened in our dispute - one of the clients ordered Pepsi. And so justice prevailed, one of my (not my) extra glasses of Pepsi was given to my savior, and the long-awaited Mirinda was poured for me. And this story wouldn't be here if it weren't for the cherry on the cake - the words with which the employee with the name "Sarina" on the badge gave me the order: "This is the first and last time!"
I suppose it wasn't said out of spite or personal dislike, because our entire dialogue was conducted exclusively politely and without any negativity. Probably, the employee with the name "Sarina" on the badge is a little overworked and she just needs to have a good rest. I hope the administration of Hardee's Mega Park will read my appeal and take appropriate measures.
To begin with, I came across a piece of packaging film in the burger. Then there is a double patty in thickness narrower than the standard one in bahandi. The burger is tasteless, a cold bun, wooden tomatoes and a salad that is already rusty in places. I don't recommend it, it's disgusting
