This is not a bad Hotel, stylish, the staff tries hard, the breakfasts are delicious, the playroom for children is just incredible! Good music and very unusual numbers!
But! That's all...
the hotel itself is two huge multi-storey complexes (about 16 floors each), located on a very small territory. There is a nice pool, but you won't find a place there right away. There are not enough sun beds. The beach is just a bottom... a dirty narrow bay. Will I come there again? Definitely not.

A gorgeous hotel. Very interesting design of the rooms and the whole hotel. Stylish. Delight. Haute cuisine in restaurants, even by the pool, is also a delight. I recommend booking a table in advance. Its own fenced mini beach, difficult access to the sea: I recommend having special slippers. The sea is a delight! There are restaurants near the hotel, this is if you have a long vacation, and lunch/dinner will get bored at the hotel. And if you rent a car, then trips around the island will be very pleasant. I think the children will like it too - several pools, playgrounds, live musicians. I recommend.👍👍👍
An iconic place! Great concert programs! The prices are decent! The place is very well suited for relaxation, there is a place to hang out, enjoy a beach holiday and relax to the fullest! The only negative is far from Adehi!
Great Hotel! Lots of pools, the staff is perfect, the food is delicious and varied, they put cars in the parking lot and also drive them back to the main entrance! A great place to relax both alone and with your family. In the evening, live music, you can relax and listen both in the outdoor area of the bar and inside. The SPA is expensive and does not correspond to its status. I definitely recommend it
I recommend those who want to relax in Tenerife, a huge territory, many restaurants on site, Wi-Fi is wonderful throughout the territory there is everything for children's recreation
Have you seen a five-star hotel that doesn't have a bathtub? I didn't either before. I had to stay in hotels of this chain in different countries - everything was on the same level everywhere. But in Tenerife it's something. Instead of a bath, just a shower. Moreover, there are not even shelves, the gel has to be put on the floor and bent over it all the time. And this is in a room for 300 euros per day!
