I made an appointment for an examination with a dermatologist -oncologist Degtyarev A.Yu., there are no questions for the doctor himself, pleasant and professional, but the clinic was unpleasantly surprised - the price of the consultation was 40p on the website, and at the reception it turned out that dermatoscopy costs 30p, a total of 70p for a 20-minute consultation, further prices are indicated on the website for the removal of neoplasms, I find out on the spot that everyone else is required to have a mandatory histology for 15 rubles, I understand that we live in the capital and everything is expensive here, but then why not just specify honest prices so that I can make a decision at home, and not face an unpleasant fact.Disappointed.

But the doctor could not but confirm or deny the diagnosis. I sent it to Prilukskaya anyway. Why, I ask, were they recorded, accepted, if there is no possibility, no equipment, nothing to accurately determine. But they took the money! As a result, time, mood and finances were lost.

I've been going for years, I'm very happy, and everything is at the highest level. I judge from my experience of other cosmetology salons, where they promise a wow effect of removing unwanted hair, which in 10 sessions the result was = 0.
HeppyDerm has the best laser machine in Minsk! I got the same effect from him from the 1st session. And I forgot about my problem for a year.
I also liked the specialist doctors who are very good, friendly and kind - they will tell you everything and prompt you.

The courtesy of the staff, unfortunately, leaves much to be desired. We were 7 minutes late and it turns out the doctor has already accepted other clients. Which would have to wait about 30 minutes, I was informed that if the doctor succeeds, then !It's possible! they will accept it (with obvious irritation and even mockery). It's a very unpleasant place. They never got to the doctor.

A useless place.
I came with a specific question about the beginning of hair loss, which was answered by a doctor:
- Transplant or minoxidil.
After 7 months, I went to another doctor, said that I needed to take a set of tests that would help identify the cause and possibly slow down the loss.
I do not recommend visiting this clinic, which did not even want to find out the reason why the hair loss began.

I was urgently looking for a window to a dermatologist in all the nearest clinics in the area and one important point was that a 15-year-old teenager should be admitted alone, unaccompanied. Both state institutions and private clinics agreed to accept, but the nearest window was here. I asked the administrator if they would definitely accept it without me, and they confirmed that they would accept it! On the day of the appointment at the reception, another administrator refused to accept the child, citing his age! I had to urgently run there from work , because the issue could not be postponed. The complaint book was not provided, they said write a review and that's it. No one felt it necessary to apologize for the current situation either. By the way, there are no complaints about the doctor. However, I will try not to sign up here anymore.

I went to a dermatologist with an acne problem in July. They prescribed a couple of dietary supplements, a pharmacy washbasin and a clintopic dot for a month, after which they told me to come to the cosmetologist for pilling. Following the instructions, I sign up for a peeling in a month, and the cosmetologist sends me at the end of September, since it is impossible to do pilling now. When asked what my next steps are, he gives instructions completely opposite to the words of the dermatologist (clintopic can be used for 16 weeks and applied not pointwise, but on the entire face, otherwise it does not work). When I ask why their installations are so different, I get "read the instructions". Yes, I gave the money for the initial consultation precisely in order to improvise later and not follow the doctor's prescription. Questions:
1. Is the dermatologist lost in a time loop and does not know that it is summer now, when they will not do pilling for me?
2. When will the doctors agree with each other and the treatment process will not consist of useless trips to the clinic and back, but will become really effective?
The score is 0 out of 10, I do not advise anyone to contact the same problem.

A wart on a finger was removed here, and after a couple of months it reappeared. The procedure was performed under local anesthesia. The wound took a long time to heal, and it was difficult to work. The procedure and subsequent treatment were not cheap, but in fact the result was 0.

I had an operation here to remove an ingrown nail with an adjustment of the nail roller, the operation was performed by E.V. Zhilinsky.
And now from afar.
Previously, I pulled out this nail in the clinic, because after the injury, the nail curved and began to grow into the finger in the place where I couldn't get to myself. In the clinic, pain relief was terrible, the feeling of pain was terrible, and the torn nail eventually began to grow back.
I was so tired that I decided to go to a private clinic.
The recording is carried out on any day, they try to put it in the way that is convenient for you.
And now about the main thing:
1. The price is acceptable, the average price tag, but the work also corresponds, in some reviews they write that the price turned out to be more than on the site, but it is worth understanding that what you looked at in the price list may not be a complete job. For example, about me, the cost of treating an ingrown nail on the one hand is 160p on the website, but during the operation it was decided to adjust the roller, which already costs 240 and is indicated on the website.
2. Anesthesia (for me personally it is very important, because it was done mercilessly and painfully in the clinic) was carried out masterfully (perhaps it only concerns the work of Evgeny Viktorovich) and very quickly, in fact, I did not feel anything.
3. The quality of the work is excellent, everything is cleaned, recommendations are given and then asked to come for inspection and further recommendations.
In general, I was satisfied with the work. If you suddenly have an ingrown nail, I advise both this clinic and an excellent doctor (by the way, during a not very fast operation, you can talk and not lie in silence))
UPD on 07/29/2022, the nail grew in on the other hand, the doctor was new but turned out to be with no less skill, as you can see above, I wrote that I am afraid pain during anesthesia, the doctor said that it would hurt, but there was no pain in fact, I did a great job, I will update the results after healing. By the way, the last place of the operation has healed well. By the way, the doctor is Igor V. Pudakevich.
