I do not recommend it. It's a complete disgrace and irresponsibility.
1. Upon check-in, it turned out that others live in the room.
2. The period of stay has been shortened, and they have not been able to make a refund on the application for 10 days.
3. There is no feedback, the management does not call back, they endlessly clarify.
4. I call from another number and they pick up the phone right away. After telling me who I am, they immediately throw me off and no longer take me.
THE RESULT OF THE MONEY WAS NOT RETURNED.
It's a complete mess. If anyone wants to tickle their nerves, then contact them.

The hotel is in the center, the windows of almost all rooms overlook the road, the noise stops at 24-00 and starts at 06-30 the single-chamber double-glazed window does not help. The rooms are decent with a kitchen, there are dishes and appliances, an electric stove for comfort. Everything you need is a beach, shops within walking distance. I won't come back here anymore, there are hotels on quieter streets.

For your money, a super option! Polite staff, swimming pool, own kitchen in the room. I definitely recommend it for unspoiled tourists!👍

The worst hotel I've ever been to. I understand that this is almost the cheapest option, but even so it was disgusting, I even want to write a review.
First of all, Wi-Fi. We tried to log in, asked at the reception, they gave us a username and password that just doesn't work. Then they came up again and we got another broken password) Then it turned out that it was also paid, it's good that we didn't use it.
Secondly, it is a paid air conditioner. Well, it's just nonsense, he's also dead by himself, they didn't even pay.
Thirdly, what I'm *** from IS BED BUGS. We woke up in the morning, my girlfriend is covered in whiskers and they are characteristic of a bug bite. We went back to the reception, they told us that they had heard this for the first time, they would turn everything around and clean up. Nothing has been processed or cleaned.
Well, in general, the reception. They may seem kind and helpful, but they don't do anything. They say they will do something or try something, but they never do. English is very poorly understood, they speak only Turkish. Well, I'm not talking about Russian at all. I told them that a towel had fallen from my balcony and asked them to find it. I came up twice, twice they said we would easily find it without any problems. They didn't find anything, as I said, they just say.
The room itself is very dirty, all the dishes are dirty, everything is greasy everywhere, they are not cleaned completely. They asked to change the garbage bags, give them dishwashing detergent and toilet paper. They said that we need to buy it all ourselves)
Well, this is really too much, just complete nonsense. I had to sleep ON the FLOOR so that the bugs wouldn't bite.

There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, 700 meters from Cleopatra Beach. There are many cafes and shops. The room has its own full kitchen.

We were here for 2 days just to spend the night while we were shopping. The room is very old and ruined in everything! Don't wait for the service! You can only be here at night: you close your eyes to everything and rest tired... The only thing that didn't break us completely was the comfortable mattresses on the bed. The price does not match the services.
