We often order cakes and rolls from this pastry shop. Everything was always fine. But we recently ordered our favorite pistachio roll. And there are pieces of nutshell and a whole nut in it . The photo shows that one of the fragments is still sharp. I had to throw out the roll. They didn't take any chances. Thank God the children didn't get hurt. I left a review on the website, of course, it was not published. ...no one even apologized. I'm afraid to buy a roll now. And in principle, trust is lost....

The attitude of the staff and their influence on my assessment.Incidents in the restroom with the staff, the attitude and behavior of the barista had a very noticeable effect on my uncomfortable stay in the cafe.
