Excellent pastry shop, fresh cakes are always available, you can make a congratulatory inscription for free. Reasonable prices, courteous staff. One big disadvantage is that there is no parking near the entrance. I definitely recommend it!!!

Good evening,I constantly order cakes at happy cake, very tasty and high-quality, and there were never any complaints,but today was just terrible, I ordered a cake on the occasion of my daughter's birthday, as always, in advance before 13.00, the order was accepted and promised to be delivered before 15.00,after the time at 15.27 I called to find out, checked and said that everything is ready and will be delivered soon, at 16.29 I dial again, the manager checked and said that they delivered it to you an hour ago, I'm not surprised, said it was an error, they checked again, said they would deliver, I call for the third time at 18.03, they tell me that they will check and call back, the girl from the delivery service calls back, without introducing herself, assures that they brought it, but the door was not opened, although we were all waiting for the cake with the guests, the manager, which hurt a lot, aggressively began to prove that this was how it was, to the question we ourselves were present at the delivery, she said no, but believes more in the courier than me and said that when they deliver I would deal with him personally, the cake was eventually delivered 19.38,I asked the courier if you were coming up, he replied that he only called tlf, but since there was no answer, he just left for another order, I again tried to dial the delivery manager at the number above, but she did not answer, when paying, violating the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the courier offered to pay by transfer to a private person,I am very disappointed with the service and the attitude of the staff, if it goes on like this, I will have to abandon the services of this confectionery.

I ordered a carrot cake in the evening. I took it this morning. Despite the numerous negative reviews, the cake turned out to be very tasty. Yes, there were 2 tiny hard pieces - I don't know if it was from a nut or from a shell. But the cake itself and the filling were very tasty.
