We visited the Happy Bar in November 2024 at lunchtime. It was a working day, lunch time, and there was nowhere to sit in the bar, I had to wait 10 minutes to free up seats. The staff is friendly, speaks English and good Russian. The waiters are cool, smiling. Delicious pumpkin soup and shrimp. I liked everything, I recommend you to visit.
