I ordered a bouquet for the Birthday of a loved one. Some of the flowers were obviously stale and crumpled. The bouquet did not match the picture presented on the website. To the question: "Why is the flower crumpled?" the operator replied: "Sorry, the courier must have crumpled it." Bouquets are delivered via Yandex delivery.

It's not the first time they give flowers from that flower garden and the flowers are always absolutely not fresh. The bouquet did not even stand for a day, it was certainly beautifully packaged, but that on the second day half of the peonies and bush roses withered too much. The bouquet cost more than 300 rubles. This is piggish, I understand that a man will not pay attention to the quality of flowers. Sellers do not work for reputation, and chasing instant money would be a way to sell. If you buy flowers there, it is better to choose them yourself without taking them to the seller.

I wanted to order two bouquets for my mom's birthday via instagram, I wrote in three days
I checked the prices to choose flowers for my budget and the budget of another family

I ordered a bouquet for my mother on her birthday, selected from the ones offered on the site, specifying in advance whether they would be able to repeat it (the answer was positive).
On the day of delivery, photos were not provided in advance for approval, but I was calm, since the photo was taken from the website of the same store and they also confirmed the replay.
It's a pity that nowadays there are still people who can act so dishonestly and ugly as you can see in the attached photos, "before/ after" as they say. The photo was sent by my mother after receiving the flowers.
