We were with a friend in October 2024. I took a $20 package myself and that's the ceiling for this place. There is a steam room, but so much menthol is added to the steam that you can't sit for long. The sauna is good. The waterfall is a simple misunderstanding and turns off often. A Jacuzzi with hydro massage and supposedly mineral water is actually a knee-deep tub with cold water and a few bubbles. You will not sit in the hammam, they let you do the procedure there, and peeling and soap massage are done very quickly and poorly, the hammam itself is cold, and then they kick you out, the next batch of people is waiting. There is no shower in the locker room, the massage is bad. I do not recommend it, do not waste money

We visited this institution in August 2024. The building itself, the pools, the font, the surroundings are generally normal.
I didn't like it: you go to a massage, you just relax during the massage (you did 3 minutes), as the masseur says: one minute, he leaves, brings a Russian translator and he starts to spin you for money, and you are lying stripped to the waist, and you need to fight back. Here, the masseur said you have a bad back, you need to take a therapeutic massage, at least 1 session for 30 bucks, or better course, the masseur said your leg muscles are clogged, take at least a foot massage. And he starts begging and begging. Is that why the client came there, to fight off the intrusive beggars naked?!!! The whole impression is spoiled as a result, there is no trace of relaxation left, the massage therapist, dissatisfied with the refusal, blunders to finish the massage hastily, completely wasted money. They are only interested in a divorce for money. Moreover, as it turned out, the situation is exactly the same for all the other members of our group, the whole impression is spoiled.

But what they've done this year doesn't go through any gates.

I'll run ahead and say right away that it's better not to take ANYTHING extra from these "masters", it's better to go to a trusted medical center
We changed our clothes, went to steam, first a bath, a shower, a menthol sauna, then for some reason they immediately send us to the Jacuzzi, although we need to take a shower, and then they start calling for peeling in the hammam, but we can say that we are not ready to steam yet, and sit in the Jacuzzi as much as you like, just watch carefully with a towel, we lost one thing when we went to the sauna
Then you are taken away for peeling, yes, only men do, it is very uncomfortable, this time the peeling gloves seemed stiff and somehow synthetic, when they began to pour water after peeling and foam, I realized that the bend of the elbow and stomach burned, after a few minutes, I realized that they tore off my skin only on these delicate areas, I do not understand why it was necessary to rub there at all, always the upper abdomen, the bend of the elbow, the face, the neck, there is delicate skin, but no, our masters do not know about this, and apparently about their strength too, because I got off lightly, but here My mother had completely skinned off both her arms, back and stomach
We immediately told the workers, at first they assured us that everything was fine and there was nothing terrible, then they offered to anoint us with something, with some kind of oil, anointed one hand, and in the meantime it was getting more painful to sit and move your hands
I will not forget to mention the mask, for some reason everyone is smeared with one brush
So they did not apologize to us, they sent us for a massage, stopped us before the massage, showed two mountain masters, pointed a finger at us, apparently explaining that this could not be done, said that the masters apologized, and that's it, then massage

But that was not the case; they put us in one minibus, all the seats are occupied, a large company is going to their hotel, they are going to take us to another hotel, we are trying to explain to the driver that another one is needed, he repeats that hotel like a toy, with a name similar to ours
We got out, they put us in another minibus, there is the same story, and only for the third time they put us in the right one and oh, happiness, they took us to our hotel
They could swim without pain after such a "rest" only after two days, after a week the skin gradually exfoliates and recovers
And, also, keep a close eye on your water bottles, you turned away once
- Where's the water? - We've already had a drink.
So I strongly advise you to choose other hammams, even if they are more expensive, but I hope that you will be satisfied

I visited this bathhouse in October and I will not recommend it to anyone. We bought complex number 2 for $35. I'm still suffering from back pain. Never trust your back to non-professionals. . We had a massage for 40 minutes. After 5 minutes of incomprehensible movements, more people came and began to tell me what a terrible back and I need to add another massage for $ 75. They tried to persuade me for 10 minutes, and left with nothing. And then, my frustrated massage therapist really started pounding me on the back with his fist with all his might. To my indignation, he replied that it was necessary. The massage ended after 30 minutes. Of which 10 tried to cheat me for money without doing a massage. To my complaints, the receptionist said calmly, everything was fine, there are no complaints about him. She flatly refused to show the cameras. It was obvious that they were used to complaints. The closet is dirty, surrounded by faded plastic flowers from the 90s. Run away from this place if you were brought there. It's strange that anex tour agents advertise it like that.
