First, the mismatch/inconsistency of conditions and prices between Booking.com and the hotel itself.
1. Room Assignment Mismatch: I ordered 2 rooms with full beds (and even clarified it by phone), but in the end, they have offered me one room with full and one room with 2 single beds, which have been brought together... nonsense in many places people think that two single beds brought together is the same as one full bed. They have changed it only after insisting on providing a full-bed room.
2. Water System Issues: The water system has a problem, you do not have cold water from the water tap (not for drinking, nor anything else). Instead, they are selling water in bottles that were in a refrigerator which was not working properly... I kept my groceries on the balcony it was cooler.
3. Inconsistencies in Meal Pricing: Breakfast per person (which by the way was cheaper on Booking.com than in the hotel 3000 AMD vs 5000 AMD), Lunch and dinner are 7000 AMD per person (very costly and not corresponding to the price).
We brought delicious food from one of the best restaurants in the nearby city of Tsaxkadzor, which cost twice less than they were offering.
Disappointment...
the only advantage is the territory. A very beautiful place, air, forest..
Of the objective disadvantages:
A highly inflated price, for which instead of a family 2-room room you get a narrow corridor instead of one room, and a bedroom car instead of the second, where nothing works normally!
The food is poor. In the fitness room, all the gym equipment is broken, and in the game room there are the remains of some games. All the door locks in the room have to be changed for a long time, the TV does not work, the water supply works every other time (we were almost flooded, but I will not go into details). I will say that major repairs have been needed here for a long time!!! In this state, and for such money, renting rooms is at least disrespectful to customers, or more precisely, a disregard.
