It's a long way from the tram, you have to climb the hill. It's a long way from moving, too. The room is not too spacious. Not perfectly clean towels with holes.
The hotel itself is generally not bad. Cleaning every day. Hot water and excellent water pressure.
Wifi is available and quite fast for Turkey. The reception staff are nice guys, they speak Russian and English.

Two adjacent buildings. In one room, the rooms are more decent and in all the photos they are. The other rooms are cheaper, but cheaper. When buying a cheap room, do not pretend that it will not match the picture.
Overall, it's clean. The rooms, although not large, are cozy.
Of the disadvantages:
It is located next to a mosque, so the call to prayer sounds clearly.
The smell in the toilet. If the door is not tightly closed, it spreads throughout the room.

There are quite decent rooms in the very center of the city for such ridiculous money. Where does such a low rating on Yandex come from?Kartaz is unclear, the accommodation option is very decent. The rooms are well renovated, small but nice. A very interesting and friendly host. The only disadvantage is sound insulation, absolutely everything is audible.

A small hotel in a quiet location in the center of Istanbul. Do not expect luxury, there are minor disadvantages (such as broken door handles, tightly closing window doors, dampness, poor sound insulation, etc.). The rooms are small. But considering the cost, it's a great option. It's the best thing to spend the night
Due to difficulties with prepayment through booking, the guys saved the reservation and settled us. It is worth noting that now is not the season.

There are two buildings of the same hotel nearby. We probably lived in an old building. The room is small, but everything is there. It would be nice to make repairs, but in general, considering the prices in Fatih, it will do for 2-3 nights. There is a mosque at 20m, so be ready for an early awakening)
