A very kind, sweet guesthouse where you can stay with all the comforts! There are rooms with individual baths for each room. Everything is very clean, tidy, tidy. The breakfasts are modest, but very tasty. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is located 7 minutes from the center of Registan. And going for a walk in the evening to watch the laser show is just the thing!

We stopped in December 2024. The advantages are the location (proximity to Registan), the presence of warm blankets, good heating in the room. We didn't see anyone from the staff, but we were met, as it turned out, by a disgruntled neighbor who said that he was tired of waiting for us (???) and that breakfast will be served from 8 a.m. We planned excursions, and the next morning it turned out that the owner had moved breakfast to 9:00, in a word, we were left slurping. The room is warm, even hot, and the bathroom is deathly cold. The owner left the heater with a short cord, so that it blew into the middle of the shower, uncomfortably. Opening the bathroom door to warm up also turned out to be a bad thing, as water was constantly gurgling in the toilet bowl. The WiFi that is listed in the room does not have Internet access, the owner sent the login and password from the second one, but even that is very slow. There are cheap blinds on the windows - the lamp shone into the room all night, making it difficult for us to sleep. I don't recommend it, except as an inn for one night.

The location is very convenient. It is located opposite the Registan across the street. But not on a busy street, but in the private sector. Pleasant, helpful hosts. You can contact us on any issue, they will help. Our room was in a separate room. Clean, not small. At our request, the heating was turned on. The only drawback is the lack of sound insulation. You can hear the neighbors, you can hear the people in the yard.

It is very quiet, there is no traffic around. The courtyard is cozy with a cot. minuses. The room is very small and stuffy. The window opens into the hallway of the house. There is poor ventilation in the bathroom and therefore it is damp and, accordingly, the room has stale air. The bed is short with a backrest at the foot. My husband is 190 cm tall and his legs did not fit in length. The request to change the room to one with headless beds at the feet was refused. They said that the reservation indicated a double bed. I was very surprised, of course, by this situation. It is unlikely that anywhere else you can see similar beds in hotels. It turns out that when booking, you also need to be interested in whether you will fit into it or not. This is the hotel's problem, not the guest's. After the 1st night of torment, 2 cotton blankets were taken out of the closet and placed under the mattress so that it was higher than the backrest. General impressions of the hotel: we wanted to feel the flavor of the traditional Uzbek national way of life, but we really wanted to leave as soon as possible. It is better to have a hotel further from the center, but with comfort.

The owner of the hotel, Farkhod, is a wonderful person, always tells you where to find, where to go, knows the best guides, prepares wonderful breakfasts! His uncle Umit is also a wonderful kind-hearted man, an interesting conversationalist! We are delighted with the Khan Hotel, I highly recommend it!

Very convenient location and good-natured hosts. In my opinion, the price is too high for such a room (therefore a minus star). There is no refrigerator, kettle, or foot towels in the room. We lived for two days and didn't clean up. They simply did not bring in new hygiene products (toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo). Overall clean and not a bad hearty breakfast. In Tashkent and Bukhara, for such a price, the rooms were much more spacious, cozy and comfortable. Perhaps the price is too high due to the proximity to the Registan🤷♀️ In general, there are no negative emotions, but I will not return to this guest house if I am in Samarkand. I wish you development, thank you for your hospitality 🙏🏻
