A very kind, sweet guesthouse where you can stay with all the comforts! There are rooms with individual baths for each room. Everything is very clean, tidy, tidy. The breakfasts are modest, but very tasty. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is located 7 minutes from the center of Registan. And going for a walk in the evening to watch the laser show is just the thing!

A gorgeous place!!! You get into a fairy tale and feel like a little girl!!! Kind and pleasant people !!! Clean and very cozy!!! I am very glad that my choice fell on this private sector 🙌🫶💜 Atmosphere.. It's like home!!! Thank you very much!!! I recommend it to everyone!!! I will fly to Samarkand again.. I'll check in only here , it's a pity the video only uploads photos ((( I would show you this fairy tale !!!

We stopped in December 2024. The advantages are the location (proximity to Registan), the presence of warm blankets, good heating in the room. We didn't see anyone from the staff, but we were met, as it turned out, by a disgruntled neighbor who said that he was tired of waiting for us (???) and that breakfast will be served from 8 a.m. We planned excursions, and the next morning it turned out that the owner had moved breakfast to 9:00, in a word, we were left slurping. The room is warm, even hot, and the bathroom is deathly cold. The owner left the heater with a short cord, so that it blew into the middle of the shower, uncomfortably. Opening the bathroom door to warm up also turned out to be a bad thing, as water was constantly gurgling in the toilet bowl. The WiFi that is listed in the room does not have Internet access, the owner sent the login and password from the second one, but even that is very slow. There are cheap blinds on the windows - the lamp shone into the room all night, making it difficult for us to sleep. I don't recommend it, except as an inn for one night.
