Hampton by Hilton Kocaeli is a real city hotel that offers comfort and quality Decoupled. Its location is quite advantageous; thanks to its proximity to the shopping mall where we work, it provides a great convenience in terms of transportation. The general atmosphere of the hotel is quite decent and spacious, and the cleanliness is really high-level. The rooms are spacious, well arranged and the lighting is quite successful, which makes the stay more pleasant.
The facilities offered by the hotel have also been prepared with the comfort of the guests in mind. It's a nice gesture to have free treats in the rooms. The fact that an iron and ironing board are offered as standard is a big plus, especially for business travelers. The bathroom facilities are also quite good; it's a nice detail that products such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and body cream are offered. However, the shower head may be a little better quality, a small improvement in this regard can further increase the overall comfort level of the hotel.

A new city hotel. The beds are comfortable, the sheets are clean. Jul. If you are in the habit of filling the bathtub and going to bed when staying at the hotel, the shower in the bathroom can be disappointing.
Despite the fire detector in the non-smoking room, there was a burn mark on the leather puff in front of the window. When you also see the stains that have not come off despite being wiped on the vanity chair, you understand that you are in a 3-star hotel, even if it is a Hilton. When we couldn't convince the room thermostat to cool the room whatever we did, we opened the window and transferred the job to the Izmit winter.
The breakfast room was clean and tidy, the breakfast dishes were delicious. Jul. It may be recommended to stay during the day or when you come for work.

I was in accordance with the institution agreement, although there was dinner in the agreement, we had problems with meals for the first 2 days, there was no service, no staff, no cold salad.the next few days improved a little, but I didn't stay at all, except for the breakfast and the rooms were nice.
