Service4/10. They don't want to help because they don't want to work. Waiting time is 2/10 Customer relations are 3/10. When you're in a hurry, you can help in a human way, but no. There is no one at the window because they waited a long time and left. I asked if it was possible to take money out of turn, but they refused, saying that the system was not working, while there was a queue number that was not in the hall.
