A couple of good specialists can provide basic care, for a medical office in a residential complex that's the best thing, but it would probably be an exaggeration to call a clinic

Bad marketing, even on Instagram, can't attract people properly. The usual service, nothing special. And salons and medical centers in such residential complexes are not trustworthy.
