We arrived at the department with a disabled grandmother. We asked the employees of the bank's branch to provide an elevator for wheelchair users, which is available in this branch, to which we received the answer "it does not work, take the stairs."
The staircase is a meter wide, which means that it is not possible to take the stroller from both sides. It is saddening that not a single bank employee deigned to help in lifting grandma with a stroller up the stairs, as a result, the two of us with the girl somehow dragged her into your branch.
I will ask you to deal with this problem, put the elevator in working order and have a conversation with the staff of this department.
Terrible service! They fight with customers who come to leave money in their Bank ! They argue and prove that the client is wrong and when you show the proof they pretend that everything is OK?!
