The exchange is made here in rubles for tenge. The course is predatory. The electronic queue is very slow. When my turn came, I understood why. The cashier asked to show my passport and checked its authenticity for about two minutes using various devices))). Then, before making an exchange transaction of at least 11(!!!) I stared at the monitor for a few minutes and constantly clicked the mouse. One would think that she was playing Tetris)). But no, I was forming a certificate of the exchange operation. If you need to exchange rubles, look for another bank, or better yet, use the "exchanges" in the area of the local Arbat.
