Excellent RKO. The service is fast. Several times I witnessed how elderly people were very politely and for a long time given explanations about services.
The entire network suffers from childhood diseases that it has not overcome. The quality of services is lower compared to other banks. It continues to consistently disappoint since its inception.
A terrible separation. The complete incompetence of some employees (including the boss). I only go there because it's close to home. And I strongly do not recommend it.
