The best of all halyk banks in Astana. Spacious, the cleanliness is perfect.The staff is polite, helps pensioners.There is always money, if you don't order, they will call you as soon as they arrive.There are no queues

I did not like the biased attitude towards Russians, the issuance of a card from this bank is possible only if there is an employment contract. The question arises, does the bank intentionally create labor emigration? If, for example, you are traveling as a tourist and just for convenience you need a cashless payment card, what is the problem? I hope all this is just a temporary inconvenience, leaves much to be desired.
