It's a disgusting place. A disgusting bank. The transfer from card to card is delivered for so long that you can have time to go to lunch. Inquiries about the bank's products are answered for up to several days. And in my case, when requesting a mortgage calculation, there are three days of silence. After the repeated request, they preferred not to respond at all, citing a system failure. It is a pity that employees of the public services system are served by such an inert bank.
