The modern building is fine, the design is excellent , but who the hell closed Lermontov Street for the wind rose ?when the Union had the same general plan, everything was thought out there, ventilation of the city!!!! A good bank, but really could not find another place there are no words, only emotions, Architecture when you will work normally !!!🥶
