Отношение служащих нормальное, последний раз даже не долго ждать пришлось, но 4* ставлю за отношение самого банка к нашим деньгам, пыталась закрыть карту, сразу не удалось, потому что менеджер перевела остаток на другую карту в отделении банка и не сказала, что у них это проблема, что нужно было мне в приложении деньги перевести... и хотя я ей не пользовалась( эту карту они мне раньше времени обновили), так и отказали снять с меня начисленное годовое обслуживание,а пока тянули резину, начислили и следующее годовое обслуживание, оплатила 1600 ни за что, вообще бы ушла из этого банка, но зарплату на их карту начисляют, увы.
