For the second time in the last 2 years of visiting the Bank, I have been treated with disdain by a consultant, I am very rude and unfriendly. When working in the service sector, a consultant should probably be friendly and not show his displeased face, shouldn't he? When visiting other Banks, the staff is always friendly and tries to meet the needs of the client, and after visiting your branch, I personally feel annoyed. And, I noticed discrimination based on nationality, which is unacceptable. I wanted to express my dissatisfaction, but since there are many pensioners around who came for their pensions that day, I didn't say anything, and left with an unpleasant aftertaste, which is the second time after visiting your Bank and with the same employee. I rarely visit your Bank, but nothing changes in the service, which is a pity..... it would be good if there were several consultants and we had a choice of whom to approach for service. I probably won't keep quiet the third time.…
