When visiting other Banks, the staff is always friendly and tries to meet the needs of the client, and after visiting your branch, I personally feel annoyed. And, I noticed discrimination based on nationality, which is unacceptable. I wanted to express my dissatisfaction, but since there are many pensioners around who came for their pensions that day, I didn't say anything, and left with an unpleasant aftertaste, which is the second time after visiting your Bank and with the same employee. I rarely visit your Bank, but nothing changes in the service, which is a pity.....
