On January 22, without notification, without explanation, and in violation of the law, the bank (not the prosecutor's office, not the court, not the AFM or the SRC, but the bank) seized the funds in my card accounts.
I have no debts on taxes, fines and loans. No enforcement proceedings have been initiated against me. All government agencies told me that I don't have any seized bank accounts.
I contacted the bank twice, and both times I did not receive a clear explanation about the reasons for blocking funds in my accounts. They also did not explain to me why, in violation of all legal norms, this bank allowed itself to assume the functions of a procrastination and a court.
