Excellent service, pleasantly surprised by the attention of the managers. Managers consult in two languages, despite their nationality. If possible, I will select the data of the banking department.

I was very impressed that you can enter the country with a Russian passport (you don't need a foreign passport), but you can't exchange rubles (or any currency at all)! You only need a foreign passport or a local document! How is that? What kind of nonsense is this?
