Unfortunately, my recent purchase (or rather, it should have been a purchase)
in Halva optics left an extremely negative impression.
We chose a frame for the child and received confidence from the seller that it would be postponed for us, since we did not have a prescription with us. The seller even wrote down my phone number and put it in a bag with a frame. We were sure that we would be able to pick up the rim in a week, as soon as we had a prescription.
But when we came to buy, it turned out that the frame had been sold! This is simply unacceptable! We spent time waiting, and worst of all, my child was disappointed. I was counting on a better attitude and a higher level of service, it seems that this is not a priority here.
It would be nice if the store's employees were more responsible about their obligations and did not mislead customers. This situation has left me with an unpleasant aftertaste, and I do not plan to return to this store.
