A cozy and clean hotel with positive staff and a good restaurant in the center of Marmaris.
The hotel consists of three buildings, which are slightly different in size. At the same time, the numbering of the rooms is through, which delivers. That is, a room starting with "3" does not necessarily have to be on the 3rd floor (most likely it will not be found))). There is no elevator in the very last building and you can only get into it by going through a restaurant or a swimming pool, but its rooms have a piece of sea view. In general, the hotel is not new, but it is well maintained and is obviously regularly updated. The rooms are really 20 or a little more squares, the plumbing with honor withstood the test of a temperature of 40 + degrees and a significant loading of the hotel by the middle of June, it worked properly and did not smell. Cleaning every three days, garbage and towels every day. If you leave a tip, smile and say hello, they can also clean up more often, in the mood and if there are no arrivals)) The taps do not leak, the shower does not leak, the toilet is functioning properly. There is only one wardrobe, there are no bedside tables and chairs, there is something like a small ottoman, a refrigerator and a safe (for a fee, they gave $50 for 14 days).
The food is delicious, but simple, not for gourmets. There are practically no queues, there is enough for everyone, what ends is reported. For breakfast there is always an omelet, scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, cheese, vegetables, rolls, jams – everything is great. For lunch and dinner, there are several options for chicken and turkey, almost 2 days out of 3 fish, salads, excellent side dishes, many different sweets, from Turkey's favorite jellies to normal cakes and pies. There were always 2 types of apples, oranges (small but very sweet) and watermelon (mostly in the evening). They cook with a soul, there is nothing even with a hint of stale or half-baked. Very tasty beer (especially at plus 40))), surprisingly good wine. There are always places, they clean up quickly, the waiters are friendly, mostly young people, European-looking girls and boys. During the day, the bar always has potato tortillas, there are burgers, nuggets, pizza. At 16 o'clock, cupcakes and cookies.
There are 2 swimming pools, larger and deeper, a paddling pool, a bar and a lawn. The bar is open until 23, all drinks are always available. There are almost always places on sun loungers, there are a lot of shadows around the pools, there is a toilet and a shower room. There are Russian-speaking girls at reception in the morning and afternoon. The line manager of the hotel is a woman who speaks excellent Russian. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. At the reception, you can change money at the usual rate and take towels for the beach, for free, they change them there. In general, the hotel corresponds to the European three stars or the strong Turkish four.
Across the street from the hotel is the Migros supermarket, with fixed prices, the price level is about the same as in the Russian Federation, but sunscreens and care products are several times (really) more expensive. There is a market in two blocks, open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (please specify). The big Migros is 10 minutes away, the central market is 15 minutes away, to the left into the city and to the right at the marina there are a lot of large and small shops. Bike rental is half a block away towards the beach. The beach is a 3-4-minute leisurely walk away, the beach is public, umbrellas are free, there are no sun beds. In general, it is not dirty, although garbage and cigarette butts, unfortunately, come across. There is something like coarse sand on the shore, there are more stones in the water, it is better to buy sneakers, we took them in Karefura, about 10 bucks, and they were a little cheaper. The water is clean and transparent, fry swim, the most impressionable of us have even seen a large crab with bad intentions. But this is not accurate)))
To the left along the beach there is a long embankment that reaches the end of Ichmeler, the distance to the observation deck behind the Ichmeler marina is about 9 km., it's a long walk, cycling is an excellent trip. Along that part of the embankment, which is in Marmaris, there are restaurants, bars, and partially tables on the shore. To the right is the marina, along it there are restaurants again, some right on the boats, inside the block there is a street of bars and a street of clubs and dance halls. Everything is very cheerful, positive and not to say overly intrusive. The atmosphere of celebration and separation is included in the full program))
In addition to cycling to Icmeler, you can walk to a small but very nice park on the seashore 10 minutes behind the marina or walk through the mountains that surround Marmaris: it is optimal to take a basik with the appropriate inscription Armutalan to Armutalan (this is the area of the city closer to the mountains), from the point 36°50'56.6"N 28°14'10.1"E, and then along and down the mountain to the end of the embankment. Preferably. So that the temperature does not rise above 30 and you need to take at least a liter of water per person. The views of the bay and the city from there are very beautiful. In addition, the old town and the fortress are located in the marina area, there are excellent photogenic streets, the fortress is also not bad, but it does not cost 6 euros as a museum, of course – there is, in fact, nothing special except the fortress itself and the view from its walls.

A wonderful hotel, 3 stars with a Capital letter. Aliya, the manager, the staff is polite, the cleaning is excellent, peace and quiet, the sleep is wonderful! The food is delicious, the beer is good. The location is 3 minutes to the sea, the Marmaris promenade is large and filled with bars. The sea is dirty, the beaches are not comfortable. We left in search of silence and cleanliness - 2 hours on the move, only there we swam. The excursions are picturesque. Delicious Turkish blackberry and blueberry wine 😊

The hotel is 3 stars, but very decent. The food is delicious and varied. For lunch and dinner there was always meat to choose from, chicken, turkey, lamb. Unfortunately, cocktails were paid at the bar. Free beer, gin, wine, cola, sprite. You can assemble burgers yourself, there were French fries, always coffee. The rooms are small but cozy. Linen and towels were changed every day. The territory is well maintained, green, the staff is friendly. There are Russian-speaking Turks at the reception. I recommend you to visit.

We just returned to our homeland after 10 nights at this hotel. What can I say - it's not just at least 4 stars, it's a full 5 stars.
Yes, there is no huge territory and a lot of animation, but!
Wonderful staff (two Russian-speaking girls at the reception), all smiling and friendly. Everything from the cleaners to the administrative staff - YOU ARE THE BEST. During these days, you have become family, and we sincerely do not know how we will be without you now.
People love their job, they work conscientiously. I would definitely return not so much to Marmaris itself as to this hotel.
The food is delicious and varied. She never went hungry. Yes, there will be no fine seafood here, BUT it is more than diverse. I didn't expect this from a three-piece.
The rooms are small, cozy, have a wonderful shower, air conditioning, and there is bottled water in the mini-bar. Each room has a balcony.
The territory is well maintained, green. There are pools and a bar near it. There are mostly Europeans vacationing there, of whom there are most in the hotel.

If it were possible to have more stars, I would have put more. The hotel turned out to be much better than I expected. It is positioned as an urban one, since it does not have a second line and its own beach. But it's really two minutes to the city. Again, it is believed that there is no sea view, but from the upper floor of the right (if you look towards the sea) hull, both the sea and the boats in the port were visible. At the same time, the hotel has its own very decent territory with a garden, lawns, three swimming pools, a slide, a playground, a tennis table… In general, the complete set!
The food was also very pleasant. Yes, as they say "there is no meat", that is, chicken and turkey apparently do not count at all. The rest was in the form of cutlets, rolls and other things, and everything from minced meat in Turkey is usually delicious) This is no exception either. The fish was in different types almost every day - fried, baked with potatoes, cold with sauce… A lot of greenery! My favorite arugula, salads, vegetables both fresh and cooked, side dishes of stewed vegetables… In general, the food was varied and healthy.
About the staff is a separate topic! Two very clean-speaking girls from the former CIS countries and an older Turkish woman who also speaks excellent Russian. The guys understand a lot, they can answer minimally that they did not understand - they immediately clarified it on the phone through a translator. All issues were resolved instantly.
The only thing I would put a small minus for is cleaning. During all this time, we went to make the bed a couple of times and that's it, after which on day 5-6 I just hung up "do not disturb". I'm alone, there wasn't much to clean up there. It's on the top floor. Then, before leaving, they moved downstairs for three days - apparently another cleaner was there, she came in daily and even wiped the floors.
What else. The location of the hotel turned out to be perfect for me. It is a 15-minute walk to the fortress, 10 minutes to the singing fountains, at least 5 minutes to Ataturk Square. In Marmaris itself, the sea is about the same everywhere - both on urban and on hotel beaches. Beyond the purest sea - it's on boat trips to the islands or to Turunchu.
It so happened that I closed the season of the hotel on October 21st. The main part of the visitors left earlier, our party left in the morning, 7 British - in the afternoon. And I have a bus departure time to the airport at 18.20. I even wondered where I would wait if the time for room delivery was 12 o'clock and then the hotel was actually closed? I was reassured by the fact that it would be possible to stay on the territory, the guy at the reception would be on duty. Moreover, they allowed us to use the room until 14h, fed us lunch, and at 18h they also offered us sandwiches. The guy actually waited with me for the bus guide and only then closed the hotel.
In general, if you still happen to visit Marmaris, then only here!
Yes. For photo orientation. The first room was 377 - the attic floor with a cool ceiling. These rooms are probably for singles - they are a little smaller and the balcony is a little smaller.
The next room was 401, it's above the pool access. It's not very convenient if there are a lot of people - the bar is opposite, it's noisy and people are constantly passing under the balcony. But in my case, this did not cause any problems, since there were almost no visitors left.
About the Internet, maybe it will be useful to someone. There is a nuance, if you connect the reception's wi-fi immediately, then you can't "forget" it and connect your own in the room. It's not just me that's so crooked, everyone has it, and the girls at the reception warn me. I arrived in the morning and waited three hours before checking in, so I connected it. He worked poorly in the room afterwards. In the restaurant and by the pool - the norm. The neighbor connected the tablet in the room - everything was OK.

Not a bad hotel for your money.
Probably, as a minus, it is stupid to point out the insufficiency of sun beds by the pool, because this is the case in all 3-4 * hotels.
The food is fine, the wi-fi is working fine. We arrived early and were not charged an additional fee for earlier check-in.
We settled in a cozy and beautiful room between the 3rd and 4th floor.
Sound insulation.. forget about that word, I heard a guy snoring behind the wall, but I was sleeping in earplugs, it didn't hurt me.
Please note that this hotel has decided not to include whiskey in the AI system.
According to alcohol, beer is purely nominal, which is called quenching thirst. It seemed that it was very watery. Vodka more or less, I didn't like the rum, but I don't like it either, it's like powdered wine)

A great hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, and tasteful. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about the cleaning. The food is excellent, variety, everything is always fresh, good alcohol.
The territory is green, two swimming pools, and one for children, the sea is within walking distance, despite the fact that the hotel is in the city center and near the Marina port, the sea is clean, the beach is constantly cleaned, there are showers and a toilet.
You can also take a water taxi for 60 lira (480rub)
per person (round trip) to the bays of Icmeler or Turunch there are beaches with azure water, as well as wander around the city for those who are interested in shopping.
I was pleasantly surprised by the free Wi-Fi with good speed.

The climate here is very mild. There is no baking at one o'clock in the afternoon or at three. I returned from the beach for the first time and it's not burning anywhere.. The hotel has its own small green area (usually all hotels in Marmaris are miniature), two swimming pools, a slide, a small playground.
The room is not bad, the bathroom is a little old, there has always been hot water!
The location is a big plus, it is because of it that we chose the hotel!
The nearest city beach is very close to the Marina, but the water is clear, even the fish swim)) usually near those. it is not possible to swim in the zones and it smells of fuel-but this is not here! We have been to this beach a couple of times, I recommend traveling to others!
Today we will go on our own to Cleopatra Island, enjoy the beautiful water😋
Food! Modest, but delicious! Meat, fish are few))) But this is a 3 star hotel!)))
We arrived without children, with children I would have taken a higher class hotel!
For its stars, a normal hotel!

From St. Petersburg. I stayed at the hotel from 09/26/21 to 10/06/21 (for 11 nights, 12 days).
At first I was afraid that they would give me a bad room because they brought me to the hotel late (at 23:30 due to flight delays, they also missed dinner, of course they did not feed me, but it was assumed!), but at least they were pleased with a wonderful room, I even surprised that at 3 o'clock maybe to be such a nice, clean and white room! I rested alone and settled into a double room😱😍👍 A large room,two comfortable beds, air conditioning, a safe in the room ($28 for 10 nights), a refrigerator, a closet (not enough hangers of course),a clean toilet and shower (there is not enough cup for a toothbrush and paste) and there is also a huge mirror👍,the balcony (but there is clearly not enough table!), a TV and a huge mirror are also in the room!)
Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the hotel and even in the rooms (free!)
It is allowed to buy On the balcony, there is an ashtray.
Nothing was stolen!!!
There is of course audibility from the neighboring rooms, but personally it did not bother me at all, I did not care😅
The food is normal, there is not much variety, but you will definitely not stay hungry! (The only thing was that on the first day it was not possible to eat chicken for lunch, in the following days there were no complaints about food! The only thing is that there are no fruits at all - this is a big minus!!! There was a watermelon - but it turned out to be completely tasteless and whitish in color! Apples are delicious, but that's it from fruits!
There are sweets.I have tried only white wine and beer from drinks, it seems to me that this is the only thing that is suitable for consumption in Turkey at all!
Friendly waiters, there are NO Russian speakers in the hotel!
Another disadvantage when leaving the hotel at the reception is that there are no storage rooms for things or where you can leave your suitcases if you have an evening flight, everything is left almost in the aisle, it is not very comfortable to leave things for everyone to consider.
In general, I am very pleased with the choice of the hotel!!!
If you go to Marmaris at least one, then you can and I recommend visiting this hotel!

I am writing a fresh review! We arrived 3 days ago. The hotel actually looks like a good 4. But everything is learned in comparison! The hotel is pleasant, clean, cleaning is done everywhere. Thanks to the staff, there are charming and smiling boys who speak and understand Russian well. The room was cleaned every 2 days. There is a hair dryer, soap, shower gels, a TV (which just has no time to turn on), air conditioning, in general, everything you need, although the pillows are very hard, but it's not so scary. The presence of cats is very pleasing, but not annoying, the hotel is engaged in their upbringing. There is a lot of food, it is very worthy for a troika! A bar with drinks from 10 to 22. There is a minus in the beach, which is about 5 minutes away, umbrellas without sun beds, very small pebbles, you should be ready for such a minus, it's a little cooler to swim, we went to Icmeler, or the beach is further away, the water is warmer there. Nature is super! In general, if a person wants to find disadvantages, he will definitely find them, remember, you are not in a five-star! I fell in love with Marmaris!!! And I want to go there at least once more!

We were in early August. I liked everything. Two pools, plus one for kids. The view from the room is just super - the sea, the mountains. Yes, by the way, five minutes to the public beach. But the beach is not very good. The rooms in the hotel are clean, cleaned every day. Soap, toilet paper, towels are changed every day. There are no bathrobes. But this is not critical. The kitchen is not bad, there were often pancakes for breakfast, very tasty. The staff does not speak Russian, but they understand what is necessary. Clean, cozy. Maybe we'll go again)))

A very decent hotel. Bright clean rooms, all plumbing is working, the food is delicious, excellent location, near the sea, the center, the promenade. Helpful and smiling staff. I recommend it!

Excellent hotel, cozy rooms, Wi-Fi even works in the room, the sea is 5 minutes away, excellent food (meat, chicken, fish), singing fountains and shops are 7 minutes on foot! I recommend this hotel boldly! PS: I would like a little more smiles from the staff))) but perhaps this is due to the end of the season and their wild fatigue!

The advantages of the hotel are incredible: delicious food, friendly staff, cleanliness of the territory, three swimming pools, convenient location to the center and the embankment. An outdoor terrace for eating on which cats beg, but this does not cause negativity, but on the contrary, causes emotion.
