I handed over my rocket today! I liked the rental company, the manager answered questions quickly, the car was driven at a strictly appointed time to one area and picked up at my request in another. This was my first experience driving a car in Thailand, the Toyota Yaris car is old and very broken, BUT I needed it for the first time + the rental price is sooooo low, it performed its functions perfectly! There was a not very pleasant smell in the car, so as a bonus, the lease was extended to 18 hours instead of picking up the car at 10 o'clock. I didn't have to wash and vacuum the car, the employees of the rental company do it themselves, I also consider it a plus. I will recommend it to others and use it myself next time.

I once again booked a motorbike with this company. I used their services before the pandemic and three times after. I write to the guys, I set the dates of my stay on Koh Samui. The motorbike is driven to the places agreed in advance. For the last few years, this is Koh Samui Airport. I rent a bike there about 2 hours before departure. Everything is clear and without problems. I try to take a bike that is not new, so that there will be no further problems with minor scratches and chips. The main thing is the engine, the chassis, the tires and the brakes. Everything is generally fine. But I wanted to draw attention to a couple of nuances. First, gasoline would be better filled to a full tank, so as not to think about how to return the tank with the right amount of fuel. And secondly: the opening hours are only from 9:00 to 18:00, if you receive earlier and hand over later, then an additional payment is required. Everything else is fine! - The car was provided to us a day later than agreed, there was no reduction in cost due to a reduction in the number of rental days.
- The employees who took the car hardly communicate (do not communicate at all) in English (we know the language). It is impossible to build a dialogue, some kind of communication with gestures or just silence, like, guess for yourself what we want from you.
- We received threats from the police in the Russian-language WhatsApp chat. I will elaborate in more detail: at the time of acceptance, we did not inspect the car enough, took not enough photos and did not shoot a video. I was based on previous experience: I have repeatedly rented and successfully rented a car in other countries. I also have accident-free driving experience for more than 15 years, including driving on roads with left-hand traffic.
When handing over the car, a small dent was found on the trunk door, which was a surprise to me. If it had been a blow from behind or the result of an unsuccessful reverse ride, I would have felt it, and I would have immediately reported the incident to the company. As a result, we did not find any clear explanations of the origin of the dent, nor evidence that the car did not have a dent at the time of transfer to us (our mistake in not examining the car in sufficient detail is also present).
It is not possible to build a dialogue with the employees who accept the car. We communicated through Russian support in WhatsApp, where we were told that the dent could have been, for example, received in the parking lot from a motorbike. We also found out that we would still have to pay for the damage in this case.
The amount of damage, by the way, was, of course, the maximum possible, i.e. it was equal to the amount of the deposit of 5,000 baht. As we understand it, this is the amount that you are guaranteed to lose if at least something happens to the car through your fault or not.
The chat communication itself was as dry as possible and devoid of empathy, it left an unpleasant aftertaste. Given this, we warned that we would leave a negative review, as for us the experience of interacting with is given
