I came for hair restoration. They mixed three steps into one for me and wanted to apply it to my hair, when according to the protocol it's all separate. I called the administrator, who informed me that they could do it according to the protocol, but for an additional fee. When I initially signed up for a full-fledged procedure and asked the administrator how it was going. The administrator was very rude, they have their own protocols, not the manufacturer's, so that cosmetics work. She refused the procedure and wrote a comment in the complaint book. After that, the manager came and asked me to leave and threatened me with the police. No apologies, nothing. It's a pity for the time and money spent, the service was never provided.

Everything in this place is wonderful: the interior, the service, the work of master Maria. I was contouring. I am very pleased with the result! A professional approach, not "to do for the sake of doing." I was here for a haircut and grooming, I really liked Master Daria, a very friendly and smiling girl!
The salon is very bright, they offered a drink, by the way, the choice is very large, so you can try something new every time
The master consulted on care, offered different options for different budgets, this is a very big plus
In general, I liked everything very much, the location is just super, the view from the windows is very beautiful, both in summer and in winter at any time of the day, with such light I made myself a bunch of beautiful photos 😍

I was at the Marina Master's complex! A very friendly master, I managed to chat and joke. The hair turned from fluffy and tangled into a perfect canvas. We did restoration care, the hair is perfectly combed and styled even after washing! I really liked the studio, everyone was very friendly, it was very comfortable inside, it was even nice to drink tea in the waiting area and watch the snowfall, I came out with a lot of positive emotions. I will definitely come back! ❤️

On November 12, I planned to carry out a complex coloring and haircut at Marina's Master.
Background
I made keratin in August. I signed up for a consultation regarding complex coloring to Master Marina (hereinafter referred to as the Master). The master said to wash the creatine, cut off the hair as much as possible. As a result of the consultation - an elongated square and come in November for coloring.
On November 12, at 13.00, an extremely irritated Master will meet me at the studio at Bogdanovich's address.
The master touched my hair, aggressively said that if my hair fell off, she would not be responsible for it.
When I made a remark to the Master that she had aggressive behavior, the fervor went out. The master understood her behavior, but my mood was at zero. It is a pity that at this moment she did not invite the administrator.
We did a test strand for 45 minutes, I already called the administrator in the sink to insure myself from responsibility for my behavior in case of a negative review. So to speak in front of witnesses)
Naturally, the hair is terrible, you need to grow 10 cm and come for coloring.
I understand everything perfectly about the health of my hair. After growing my 10 cm, I will no longer come to you, dear Hairwood Studio.
I used to dye my hair with Master Kristina on a Halo. There were no questions either to the studio or to the Master.
It is a pity that Master Marina is so eager to take off all responsibility, not noticing the boundaries of respectful communication.
